Clinical Observation On Self-designed Yangjing Recipe For Perimenopausal Syndrome (Liver-Yin-Yin Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective: Clinical observation of treating premenopausal syndrome(liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome)with self-made Yangjing prescription in the treatment group and the traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the control group were studied.Basic information about patients before treatment(name,age,occupation,course of disease),TCM symptom scores in accordance with the standard cases,comparison of results after hormone collection(FSH、LH),and comparison of TCM symptom scores before and after treatment,hormone results(FSH、LH)were collected.Methods: In order to prevent cases falling off during the observation process,increase20%,each group 36 cases,because of subjective and objective reasons,each group eliminated 2 cases,actual observation case 68 cases Treatment group 34 cases,control group 34 cases,treatment group using oral self-made Yangjing decoction,control group using oral Kuntai capsule preparation,communication with the patient of the reasons for this observation,and then observation,two groups of patients after oral treatment for 3months,then observe and statistics after the improvement of TCM symptoms and hormone recovery,between groups and group comparison.Results:after treatment,the two groups had significant improvement in the total score of main symptoms of traditional chinese medicine,some of the single symptoms of traditional chinese medicine,hormone routine(FSH 、 LH),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Analysis of observation results: treatment group: overall effective rate :88.23%;control group: overall effective rate :85.29%,indicating that the self-made Yangjing prescription treatment group is slightly higher than Kuntai capsule observation group slightly higher,after statistical analysis,the two groups in the treatment of hot sweating,two hypochondriac pain,dry mouth bitter pharynx significantly different(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group.Both groups changed their hormones after treatment The difference of hormone FSH、LH between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the improvement of hormone in thetreatment group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion: The self-made Yangjing prescription has a remarkable clinical effect on the treatment of premenopausal and postmenopausal diseases(liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome).Especially in the hormone aspect,the Chinese medicine concrete document aspect has the remarkable curative effect,the total effective rate is higher than the control group,is worth popularizing.
