Clinical Observation Of Curative Effect On Xiaoshi Zhixie Prescription In Treating Of Children Diarrhea(Food Damage Syndrome)

Objective: This topic is through the use of Xiaoshi Zhixie prescription to treat children diarrhea(food damage syndrome)to observe its clinical efficacy,verify the effectiveness of this topic,for the clinical treatment of this disease to provide new methods and ideas.Methods: In this study,select sixty cases of children(food damage syndrome)were randomly divided into two groups.The test team thirty examples were given oral Xiaoshi Zhixie prescription,and 30 cases in the control group were given oral Shen qu Xiaoshi liquid.The two groups took it continuously for 5 days as a course of treatment,.After the course of treatment,assess the improvement of the child’s symptoms before and after treatment.Results: Through analysis,the Xiaoshi Zhixie prescription and Shenqu Xiaoshi liquid separately used in the treatment group and the control group both have excellent therapeutic effects on the treatment of children diarrhea.The total effective rate of thirty case of children in treatment group was 96.67%;There were 30 cases in the control group,and the total effective rate was 76.66%,and the statistical analysis showed that the P<0.05(P was 0.001)was shown by using SPSS21.00 system,it shows that there is a significant difference in the overall therapeutic effect between the treatment group and the control group,the Xiaoshi Zhixie prescription of treatment group was superior to the Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid in therapeutic effect.In terms of stool frequency and stool texture symptoms,P<0.05 indicated that the efficacy of Xiaoshi Zhixie decoction in the treatment group was more significant than that of Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid in the control group.In terms of the treatment effect of secondary symptoms,especially in the symptoms of abdominal distension,abdominal pain and mental state,P was less than 0.05,(P was 0.001),indicating that the Xiaoshi Zhixie decoction in the treatment group was better than the control group in the treatment of abdominal distention,abdominal pain and mental state;The antidiarrheal time of the two groups was P<0.05,indicating that the drug in the treatment group was shorter than the control group in terms of antidiarrheal time.
