Treatment Of Mild Depression With Acupuncture And Xiaoyao Powder Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency

Objective: This study through the mild depression(liver depression spleen deficiency type)before and after treatment,observe the HAMD-24 scale score,SDS score,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome liver depression spleen deficiency score changes of the score,study the needle combined with the treatment of mild depression(liver depression spleen deficiency type)clinical curative effect,aims to verify the press needle combined treatment of mild depression(liver depression spleen deficiency type)advantage,for the needle combined with the treatment of depression.Methods: In this study,69 patients,all from our experts from January 2022 to December 2022 and met the diagnostic criteria,were randomly divided into two groups,35 patients in the treatment group and 34 patients in the control group.Control group to oral xiaoyao loose granule,treatment group in the oral xiaoyao loose granule plus press the needle treatment,28 days for a cycle,before and after treatment,measure HAMD-24 scale score,SDS depression self-rating scale,TCM syndrome liver spleen deficiency integral scale score,calculated according to the calculation formula of the reduction rate,and combined with the scale integral to evaluate the change of patients’ symptoms.Results:Basic data comparison: before the enrollment treatment,the statistical analysis of two groups of patients,including gender,age,course of disease,HAMD-24 scale,SDS depression self-evaluation scale score,liver and spleen deficiency syndrome scale score,the results show that P value> 0.05,no statistical difference in basic data,indicating that the two groups of patients are comparable.Comparison of HAMD-24 scale scores:(1)intra-group comparison: P-values <0.05,and treatment options in both groups improved HAMD-24 scale scores.(2)Comparison between groups: The HAMD-24 item scale scores of the treatment group and the control group were analyzed statistically significantly,and the results showed P <0.05,indicating statistical significance.(3)Comparison of treatment effect: the effective rate of the treatment group was 85.71%,and that of the control group was 70.59%.Based on the above results,the treatment group had more efficacy in improving the HAMD-24-item scale score than the control group.Comparison of SDS depression self-rating scale:(1)intra-group comparison: P-value<0.05,the treatment options in both groups improved the SDS depression self-rating scale.(2)Inter-group comparison: the SDS depression of the treatment group and the control group,and the results showed P <0.05,indicating statistical significance.(3)Comparison of treatment effect: the effective rate of the treatment group was 82.85%,and that of the control group was 70.59%.Based on the above results,the treatment group had the better efficacy in improving the SDS depression self-rating scale score than the control group.Comparison of liver and spleen deficiency score scale:(1)intra-group comparison: P<0.05 was calculated by statistical methods,indicating that the treatment plan of both treatment group and control group can improve the score of liver and spleen deficiency score scale.(2)Comparison between groups: P <0.05 was obtained by statistical method analysis,indicating that it was statistically significant.(3)Comparison of treatment effect:the effective rate of the treatment group was 82.85%,and that of the control group was73.53%.Based on the above results,it can be learned that the efficacy of the treatment group to improve the TCM syndrome score score is higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.The combination of press needle with easy prescription and the simple use of free prescription can improve the depressive symptoms of liver and spleen deficiency(mild),and the total effect of press needle combined with easy prescription is better than that of easy prescription.2.The press needle combined with free powder prescription can significantly improve the HAMD-24 scale score,SDS depression self-rating scale score of mild depression(TCM syndrome deficiency),which is more advantageous than using free powder prescription alone.3.The needle combined with free prescription to treat mild depression(liver depression and spleen deficiency),has no obvious side effects during clinical observation,and good safety,which is worthy of further clinical experiments and has corresponding promotion value.
