Objective : To investigate the current situation of self-perceived aging and frailty in various dimensions of the elderly in the community of Yanbian area,to explore the main influencing factors of the two,and to analyze the correlation,to provide new targets for the follow-up community community nursing staff to carry out health guidance on the prevention and treatment of frailty in the elderly and the intervention measures of the two for reference, and to provide theoretical basis for promoting active aging and formulate reasonable countermeasures. Methods : In this study,a convenient sampling method was used to investigate the elderly aged 60 and above in two communities in the happiness community of Dachuan Street,Wangqing County,Yanbian area and two communities in the Linfeng community of Danjiang Street,Dunhua City(county-level city)from March to June 2022.The survey tools include self-made general information questionnaire,FRAIL scale, short version of self-perceived aging questionnaire, social frailty screening scale and Chinese simple mental state scale.Epidata3.1 was used for data entry, and SPSS21.0 was used for data analysis.Frequency, mean standard deviation and percentage were used to describe general information,self-perceived aging score and frailty status of each dimension.Univariate analysis, logistic regression analysis and multiple linear regression were used to describe the influencing factors of self-perceived aging and frailty in community elderly.Spearman correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between the two. Results :1.The average score of self-perceived aging of the elderly in Yanbian community is47.84±9.70,and the scores of each dimension are as follows : the average score of chronic time dimension is 9.80±3.24;the average score of positive outcome dimension was 8.36±3.10.The average score of emotional representation dimension was 7.10±2.52;the average score of positive control dimension was 8.62±2.96;the average score of negative outcome and control dimension was 14.03±4.60.2.The results of single factor analysis of self-perception aging of the elderly in Yanbian community showed that living conditions, educational level, exercise habits, age, insomnia, types of chronic diseases,BMI,marital status, types of medication and self-rated health were statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.There were 41 cases of PF in the elderly in Yanbian community, accounting for20.5 %,93 cases of pre-PF,accounting for 46.5 %,and 66 cases of non-PF,accounting for33 %.The average score of frailty phenotype was 1.37±1.187.The proportion of Frail items from high to low was : decreased vitality, low resistance, low mobility, low quality reduction,disease.4.There were 37 cases of SF in the elderly in Yanbian community, accounting for18.5 %,82 cases in the early stage of SF,accounting for 41 %,and 81 cases of non-SF,accounting for 40.5 %.The average score of SF phenotype was 1.29±1.336.5.There were 14 cases of CF in the elderly in Yanbian area, accounting for 7 %,and186 cases without CF,accounting for 93 %.The results of this study are slightly higher than the incidence of physical frailty, social frailty and cognitive frailty in other communities in China. This may be related to the region, living habits, regional medical level.PF was mainly affected by the number of children of the elderly and self-reported insomnia;the main influencing factors of SF were age and BMI level of the elderly. The main influencing factors of CF were marital status and self-rated health.6.Spearman correlation analysis showed that self-perceived aging was positively correlated with physical weakness(r= 0.351),except negative outcome control and disease, all the dimensions of self-perceived aging were positively correlated with physical weakness and each item(P < 0.05),the self-perceived aging was positively correlated with social weakness(r=0.412),and all the dimensions were positively correlated with cognitive weakness(P < 0.05),self-perceived aging was positively correlated with cognitive decline(r=0.289),and each dimension was positively correlated with cognitive decline(P <0.05).Conclusion :1.The self-perceived aging of the elderly in Yanbian community was more negative. The main influencing factors were age,BMI,marital status, living status, education level, exercise habit, insomnia, chronic diseases, drug use and self-rated health.2.The incidence of PF,SF and CF is higher than that of other communities in Yanbian area. The number of children and self-rated insomnia of the elderly are the main influencing factors of physical weakness, while the age and BMI of the elderly are the main influencing factors of social weakness The main influencing factors of cognitive impairment were marital status and self-rated health level.3.Self-perceived aging was positively correlated with physical weakness, social weakness and cognitive weakness. It indicates that the more negative self-aging perception, the higher the incidence of senility. And vice versa.4.Paying attention to the mental health problems of the elderly in Yanbian, encouraging active and frequent intergenerational communication can alleviate symptoms of loneliness and depression, and encouraging the learning of digital tools to eliminate negative emotions. At the same time, appropriate technologies related to TCM intervention were introduced according to local conditions to promote the comprehensive improvement of health literacy level of the elderly population in Yanbian area.
