Evaluation Of The Application Effect Of Stromal Vascular Fraction Gel Assisted Fat Grafting In Facial Rejuvenation

Objective:To evaluate the effect of stromal vascular fraction gel(SVF-gel)assisted fat transplantation in facial rejuvenation,and to explore an efficient and safe method of fat transplantation.Methods:1.Design: Before operation,20 patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to the degree of facial contour depression.The side with more obvious depression was set as the experimental group for SVF-gel-assisted fat transplantation,and the contralateral side was set as the control group for traditional fat transplantation.Then,according to the depressed area of the patient’s preoperative contour,the filling range was designed and the facial 3D scanner was used to measure the preoperative facial contour data.2.Surgery: After anesthesia in the recipient area,the prepared fat particles and SVF-gel were filled into the patient’s face according to the preoperative design,referring to the multi-point,multi-level,and multi-tunnel proposed by the "3M3L" theory.The injection was performed while the needle was retracted.The whole injection process was uniform and smooth,and attention should be paid to the natural connection with the surrounding parts.3.Follow-up analysis: regular follow-up,and measurement of patients’ facial contour volume,using 3-matic software to calculate the preoperative and postoperative facial contour volume of patients,according to the volume difference value of fat transplantation survival rate,compare the two methods of fat transplantation survival rate.Results:From May 2021 to December 2022,a total of 20 cases of SVF-gel assisted fat transplantation and simple fat transplantation in our department were followed up for 3-10 months,including 10 cases of temporal filling,5 cases of frontal filling,2 cases of glabella filling,6 cases of lacrimal groove filling,5 cases of zygoma filling,and 12 cases of buccal filling.The results of FACE-Q scale showed that the overall satisfaction of the two procedures was high.The satisfaction of appearance evaluation in the SVFgel assisted fat transplantation group was significantly higher than that in the traditional fat transplantation group,especially the overall satisfaction of appearance and facial contour satisfaction,while the quality of life and adverse reactions were relatively satisfactory with little difference.In terms of graft survival rate,the average survival rate of SVF-gel assisted fat transplantation was 57.3%,and that of traditional fat transplantation was 31.4%.The difference between the two results was statistically significant.There were no serious complications such as infection,necrosis,induration,fat embolism and so on.The facial contour was significantly improved and the patients were satisfied.Conclusion: The results of this study show that SVF-gel assisted fat transplantation and traditional fat transplantation can effectively improve the facial aging of patients,but SVF-assisted fat transplantation is more effective in improving the graft survival rate,which is a safe and efficient facial rejuvenation method.
