Research On The Design Of Home Care Service For The Disabled Elderly

In the past two decades,China has undergone a transition from entering an aging society to becoming the country with the largest elderly population in the world.As the population ages,the rate of disability among the elderly will also increase.At this stage,how to provide high-quality care services for the disabled elderly has become an urgent problem for society.Up to now,the elderly care needs of hundreds of millions of people in my country far exceed the affordability of elderly care services provided by elderly care institutions in my country.In order to actively respond to the national strategy of population aging,the state proposes to promote the high-quality development of the aging cause and industry.Based on the above background,the author attempts to use the service design concept to conduct innovative design research on home care services for the disabled elderly.From the perspective of design science,pay attention to the social problems of home care for the disabled elderly.By building a "home care service platform for the disabled elderly",with the help of Internet technology,resources are integrated and allocated to "the care needs of the disabled elderly" and "home care resources for the elderly",using service design thinking to innovate the service provision,service process,and service contact points in the nursing service system,and realize the vision of "online reservation and experience nursing service at home" for the disabled elderly on the mobile terminal.Provide the disabled elderly with professional,precise and personalized services based on their care needs.Promote service innovation with design innovation and social innovation with service innovation.This research is mainly composed of the following four parts:The first part is the exposition of the subject research.The research background of the subject and the research status at home and abroad are summarized respectively through the literature research method,and the research status at home and abroad is visually analyzed in the form of scientific knowledge map.Then put forward the research purpose,theoretical research significance,practical research significance and innovation points of the subject.The second part is the research on the definition of subject keywords.The first is to define the definition,characteristic analysis and grade evaluation tools of the research object "disabled elderly",secondly to outline the use scenario "home care" of the research object,and again to outline the research concept "service design".Finally,the application of the service design concept in the field of "home care for the disabled elderly" is expounded,which provides a reference for the follow-up user insight and design practice research.The third part is user demand research.Through product research,user interviews,and questionnaire surveys Conduct relevant research and statistical analysis on the daily living status,daily care needs,and home care service satisfaction of the disabled elderly in the home care scenario,to obtain the core needs and pain points of the target users,and provide guidance for subsequent design practices.The fourth part is design practice.Combined with the development trend and application scope of aging products in the second part and the target user needs in the third part,the design theory transformation is carried out.In the design practice part,taking the home care service platform for disabled elderly as an example,the above product development trends,user needs and design principles are applied in the product conceptual design.Finally,the conclusions and achievements,limitations and deficiencies of the research are drawn,and the follow-up research is prospected.
