Current Status And Influencing Factors Of The Demand For "Internet ＋ Nursing Service" Among The Home Disabled Elderly In Liaoning Province

Objective: The influencing factors of "Internet + nursing service" for nurses and the elderly with disabilities at home were prepared respectively.To investigate the demand status of "Internet + nursing service" project for the elderly with home disability in Liaoning Province,and to understand the influential factors of their use of "Internet + nursing service" from the perspective of nurses and the elderly with home disability.Methods:This study was an exploratory mixed time-series study design.Using the descriptive qualitative research method,clinical nurses from secondary and above hospitals that have carried out "Internet + nursing service" and the disabled elderly at home who have used "Internet + nursing service" in Liaoning Province were selected for semi-structured interviews.KJ method was used to analyze the data and summarize the influencing factors of "Internet + nursing service" used by nurses and the disabled elderly at home,and an influencing factor questionnaire was formed.A total of 110 nurses and 165 disabled elderly at home who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were investigated by quantitative research method.Among them,the research tools for nurses included two parts: general information questionnaire and "Internet + nursing service" influencing factors questionnaire.The research tools for the home disabled elderly included the general information questionnaire,the nursing service demand list issued by the National Health Commission and the "Internet + nursing service" influencing factors questionnaire.SPSS27.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Mean ± standard deviation((?)±s)was used to describe the measurement data in accordance with normal distribution,and frequency and constituent ratio(%)were used to describe the count data.Results: 1.The results of qualitative interview showed that the factors affecting nurses’ provision of "Internet + nursing services" included four aspects: participation motivation,risk perception,difficulty coping and policy support.The factors affecting the use of "Internet + nursing services" by the home disabled elderly included five aspects: the demand cognition of "Internet + nursing services",advantage motivation,safety concerns,experience of "Internet + nursing services",and pricing policies.At the same time,two questionnaires were formed,the nurse version of "Internet +nursing service" influencing factors questionnaire included 4 dimensions and 18 items,and the home disabled elderly version of "Internet + nursing service" influencing factors questionnaire included 6 dimensions and 20 items.2.The scores of the dimensions of the factors affecting nurses’ provision of Internet + nursing services from high to low were: participation motivation(3.97±0.96),difficulty coping(3.66±0.88),risk perception(3.65±0.97),and policy support(3.60±0.96).The home disabled elderly with different disability levels had different needs for "Internet + nursing service" projects.Among them,life care items for the severely disabled elderly accounted for 66.10%;Nursing and rehabilitation projects for the moderately disabled elderly accounted for 46.31%;The demand of psychological nursing and traditional Chinese medicine nursing for the mildly disabled elderly was large,accounting for 44.12% and 50% respectively.The scores of each dimension of factors affecting the use of "Internet + nursing services" by the disabled elderly at home from high to low were as follows: The scores of various dimensions of factors affecting the use of "Internet + nursing services" by the disabled elderly at home,The average score of items ranked from high to low were: nurses’ ability dimension(4.40±0.60),demand cognition dimension(4.03±0.69),advantage motivation dimension(3.93±0.96),price policy dimension(3.92±0.96),platform guarantee dimension(3.44±0.91).The score of safety worry was(2.10±0.78).Conclusions: The home disabled elderly with different degrees have different needs for the Internet+nursing service project.Among the factors affecting the use of "Internet + nursing services" by the disabled elderly at home,the most important factor from the perspective of nurses is the motivation of participation.More preferential policies should be formulated to actively encourage nurses to participate in "Internet +nursing services".From the perspective of the disabled elderly at home,the ability factor of nurses ranks first.Therefore,medical institutions should strengthen the ability training of nurses to provide "Internet + nursing services",so as to promote high-quality nursing services to the home.
