With the rapid development of digital construction in all walks of life,digital medical services have been deeply integrated into all aspects of the medical service process.The quality of digital outpatient service has become the most important factor affecting patient satisfaction and evaluating the service quality of medical institutions.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to further improve the service quality of medical institutions by carrying out patient satisfaction survey,finding out existing problems and proposing improvement measures for digital outpatient services.Based on the policy evaluation theory,the 4C theory,the KANO model theory and the Likert scale theory,this paper selects the digital outpatient service patient satisfaction of Shanghai HD Class III Hospital as the research object,and refers to relevant documents,designs a digital outpatient satisfaction questionnaire,carries out a field survey,and carries out classified data statistics.With the help of SPSS system tools,this paper carried out in-depth research on statistical data such as validity analysis,reliability analysis,patient basic data analysis,medical data analysis,and KANO model classification analysis,and found the problems in HD hospital digital outpatient service,and gives the strategy of empowering outpatient service with digital technology,talents and system,as well as suggestions on the construction of medical and nursing team for standard digital outpatient service.Aiming at digital outpatient service,this paper tentatively puts forward a two-tier model of digital outpatient service and a new perspective of corresponding research. |
