Objectives:The drug problem in our country has changed from a transit country to a victim country where the transit and consumption of drugs coexist. Moreover, the harm of drugs is further developing, directly threatening the physical and mental health of human beings. In order to make the special group suffering from poison, that is,the drug addicts under compulsory isolation can recover their physical and mental health and reintegrate into society, this paper proposes to adopt resistance training to carry out exercise intervention on the drug addicts under compulsory isolation,to explore the effect of resistance training on physical health, physiological function and psychological status of drug addicts under compulsory isolation and its rehabilitation effect evaluation,in order to further study the effect of aerobic exercise on improving the health level of drug addicts under compulsory isolation, reduce the rate of relapse for reference. Methods:In this paper, the methods of questionnaire, experiment and mathematical statistics were used to study the male drug addicts under compulsory detoxification, through questionnaire screening and medical evaluation,60 adult male drug addicts were randomly divided into experimental group(30)and control group(30).According to the recommendations of ACSM exercise test and exercise prescription, the resistance training program of 12 weeks,3 times a week and 60 minutes per session was established, each group was repeated 10-12 times,1-2minutes apart. The exercise intervention prescription mainly includes resistance movement and related derivative movement of upper limb and lower limb muscles. The normality of the test data was analyzed using K-S test samples, which mainly examined changes before and after exercise intervention and between-group differences in the two groups, such as those consistent with normal distribution,paired-sample t-test was used to compare intra-group data,independent-sample t-test was used to compare inter-group data, and nonparametric test was used to test the difference between normal distribution and non-normal distribution. In the statistical results,p < 0.05 there is a significant difference. The data before and after the experiment were compared, and the effect of physical and mental rehabilitation after intervention was analyzed. Results:The results showed that after 12 weeks of resistance training three times a week, the body shape of the experimental group effectively improved,BMI,moisture content, muscle content, fat content changes,in physical function, the resting heart rate decreased, vital capacity and step index increased, and there was a significant difference in statistics. At the same time, the experimental group’s mental health was effectively improved, anxiety and depression were relieved and self-rating decreased, drug craving also decreased. The concentration of β-endorphin in the experimental group and the control group increased, but the increase in the experimental group was higher than that in the experimental group.Conclusion:(1)12-week resistance training can improve the physical condition of drug addicts under compulsory isolation, especially the physical quality.(2)the results showed that resistance training for 12 weeks could increase the level of plasma β-endorphin,and the effect was better than that of routine rehabilitation training,it is suggested that resistance training may be one of the effective measures to improve the physiological function of male drug addicts under compulsory isolation.(3)the results of this study showed that resistance training could relieve the anxiety and depression symptoms and reduce the craving for drugs, but its best intervention intensity, exercise amount and so on still need further research confirmation.
