Clinical Efficacy Of Mongolian Medicine Gardenia-26 Pill Combined With Irbesartan Tablets In The Treatment Of Huey’s Blood Pulsating Hypertension

Objective: We assess the effectiveness of Mongolian medicine Gardenia-26 Flavor Pill in treating essential hypertension,identified by Monk as Heiyi blood phase combat type,by using Irbesartan as the control group.Methods: The purpose of this project is to analyze 60 people with primary hypertension diagnosed by Western medicine and hypertension classified by Mongolian medicine as heyi-blood phasic type between December 2021 and December 2022.Divided into two groups,Doll’s clinical case randomization table method was employed to admit the participants to Xilinguole Meng Medical Hospital in Inner Mongolia.The control group’s patients were administered traditional antihypertensive drugs(Irbesartan tablets).For 4 weeks,the observation group was given Mongolian medicine Gardenia-26 capsules,15 each,half an hour after meals twice daily in the morning and evening,and both groups were given the same treatment.Throughout the observation period,each patient was given health instruction regarding hypertension,and each index such as blood pressure value,Monk,was also included.A comparison of symptom scores and laboratory tests between the two groups prior to and after the treatment was made,and statistical analysis was then executed.Results:(1)A comparison of the two groups’ blood pressure value,TG,CHOL,HDL-C,LDL-C,and Mongolian syndrome score prior to treatment revealed that P > 0.05,which was not statistically significant.The two groups’ overall data was alike.(2)Mongolian symptom scores: After 4 weeks of treatment,the intra-group comparison between the observation group and the control group before and after treatment suggested that P < 0.01,with significant differences.A significant difference was suggested by the comparison between the two groups at the conclusion of treatment,with P < 0.01.The observation group demonstrated a greater improvement in dizziness and redness of the face than the control group.It indicates that Irbesartan tablets can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with heyi blood phasic hypertension,but the combination of Mongolian medicine Gardenia-26 flavor pill is more effective.(3)At the conclusion of 4 weeks of treatment,a comparison of intra-group scores between the two groups before and after indicated a noteworthy disparity at P < 0.01 in terms of blood pressure.A comparison of blood pressure between the two groups revealed that,with P>0.05,no statistical difference existed,suggesting that both groups had a beneficial effect on lowering blood pressure;however,no difference in the effect was observed.(4)A comparison of the blood lipid levels between the two groups before and after treatment indicates that the observation group had a P value of less than 0.05,with considerable distinctions.A comparison of blood lipid levels between the two groups implies that,with significant disparities,the observation group was more successful in enhancing CHOL and LDL-C than the control group,with a P value of less than 0.01.It indicates that the combined administration of Mongolian medicine Gardenia-26 flavor pill has the effect of improving lipid metabolism(CHOL,LDL-C).(5)Regarding the total efficacy: during the 4-week clinical observation,no adverse reactions were observed in both groups.The midway shedding data was 3,among which 2 in the observation group were shedding due to poor compliance and 1 in the control group requested to withdraw by themselves,finally there were 60 participants in the study and the study data was complete.The observation group revealed 13 cases of significant effect,16 of effective effect,and 1 of invalid effect in the comparison of Mongolian medical symptoms,resulting in a total effective rate of 96.7% out of 30 cases.Out of 30 cases,7 had a noteworthy outcome,14 had an efficacious outcome,and 9 had an invalid effect in the control group,resulting in a total effective rate of 70%.A comparison of the effectiveness of Mongolian medicine symptoms between the two groups post-treatment indicated a P < 0.05,with considerable disparities.The observation group’s efficacy in treating Mongolian medicine symptoms was superior to that of the control group.The observation group’s blood pressure efficacy was compared,with 15 cases exhibiting efficacy,10 effective,5 invalid,and a total effective rate of 83.33%.In the control group,30 cases were examined,of which 15 demonstrated efficacy,10 were efficacious,5 were not,and the overall effective rate was 80%.A comparison of the two groups’ blood pressure efficacy post-treatment implies that P>0.05,and the disparity post-treatment is not statistically noteworthy.It indicates that the efficacy of Mongolian medicine Gardenia-26 flavor pill combined with Irbesartan tablet is better for Huyi blood phasic type hypertension.Conclusion: Mongolian medicine Gardenia-26 Flavor Pill combined with Irbesartan Tablets had a synergistic effect of potentiation in the treatment of He-y blood-phase hypertension,which could smoothly lower the blood pressure and significantly improve the clinical symptoms of headache and ruddy face of patients,and improve the effect of lipid metabolism(CHOL,LDL-C)better than the control group,which deserves further in-depth study.
