Clinical Observation Of Mongolian Wrapping Therapy In The Treatment Of Impregnated Erosive Athlete’s Foot

Objective: The clinical efficacy of Mongolian drug envelope therapy combined with Western bifonazole cream in the treatment of impregnated erosive athlete’s foot,as well as the effect on fungal clearance and recurrence rate.It provides a safe and effective treatment for macerated erosive tinea of the foot.Methods : In Ximeng Medical Hospital’s dermatology clinic,a total of 60 patients who fulfilled the criteria were randomly split into two groups,the treatment group(30 and control group(30 cases)respectively),based on the order of presentation.The treatment group was treated with Mengyao Dagule-Ebers-7 decoction + Senden-4 decoction wrapped around the foot lesions + bifonazole cream,and the control group was treated with bifonazole cream,and the course of treatment was 4 weeks.The area of injury,maceration,erosion,exudation and degree of itching were observed and scored before treatment,on day 14 and day 28 of treatment and 1 month after the end of treatment,and fungal tests were performed before treatment,treatment 28 and one month after treatment,to compare improvement and comprehensively measure clinical efficacy and safety.All observations were statistically analyzed using SPSS24.0.Results:1.Complete 60 clinical observations.Treatment group(30 cases),control group(30cases).After the end of treatment,there was significant improvement in all points in both groups.In the treatment group,the cure rate was 83.3%,the efficiency was 90%,and the fungal elimination rate was 83.3%-a remarkable result.In contrast,the control group’s cure rate was 73.3%,the efficiency was 76.6%,and the fungal elimination rate was 73.3%-a remarkable result.The combined efficacy and mycological efficacy of the two groups were comparable(P>0.05).2.On the 14 th day of treatment,the maceration and erosion degree had been significantly improved,surpassing that of the control group(P<0.05);On the 14 th day of treatment,the overall score improvement of the two groups was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Symptoms improved in all groups(P<0.05).3.On the 28 th day of treatment,there was no significant difference in points and total points between the two groups(P>0.05),and the total points were improved within the group(P<0.001).4.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 8%,the control group 18.2%,and a P>0.05 of 0.05;however,no discernible distinction was observed.Conclusion:1.Mongolian medicine wrapping therapy combined with bifonazole cream for the treatment of impregnated erosive athlete’s foot can improve the symptom score of patients faster,and it was found that Mongolian medicine Dagul-Ebos-7 decoction and Senden-4decoction have good anti-yellow water,antipruritic,insecticidal and antifungal effects.2.The onset of the drug wrapping treatment is fast,which can relieve the patient’s discomfort as soon as possible and benefit the patient with impregnated erosive athlete’s foot.Erosion and exudation are improved better than bifonazole cream.3.Mongolian drug wrapping therapy has a good safety profile in the treatment of impregnated erosive athlete’s foot,and no adverse reactions have been observed during treatment,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
