Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of different 6-week pressure aerobic training interventions on the aerobic capacity of college students before and after, and the correlation between talk test and ventilation threshold under the monitoring of aerobic training intensity during blood flow restricted aerobic training,so as to provide experimental and theoretical basis for the formulation of exercise prescription and training intensity monitoring of blood flow restricted aerobic training. Methods: Thirty-five healthy college students were studied according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Thirty-five subjects were randomly divided into: Control group(n= 13,0 mm Hg),low blood flow restriction(L-BFR,n=11,120 mm Hg),high blood flow restriction(H-BFR,n=11,180 mm Hg),a total of 35 people in the three groups were respectively subjected to treadmill aerobic training for6 weeks,3 times/week,the three groups were trained with blood flow restriction bands on both thigh roots, and the control group had zero blood flow restriction band pressure.Subjects’ maximal oxygen uptake, maximal exercise heart rate, exercise heart rate and RPE at ventilation threshold, and heart rate and RPE at critical state of talk test were evaluated before(0 weeks),during(4 weeks),and after(6 weeks)intervention.IBM SPSS 26.0 repeated measurement ANOVA and Pearson correlation(R-value)were used for statistical analysis of all data processing, and P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: 1.Maximal oxygen uptake :(1)Intra-group comparison: All three groups showed improvement in aerobic training after 4 weeks of intervention,6weeks compared with before intervention, and 6 weeks compared with 4 weeks of intervention(P<0.05);(2)Inter-group comparison: After 6 weeks of intervention, the improvement amplitude of L-BRT group and H-BRT group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between L-BRT group and H-BRT group(P>0.05);2.Exercise heart rate(1)Maximum exercise heart rate: After 4 and 6weeks of training intervention, compared with before intervention, and after 6 weeks compared with 4 weeks, the three groups in the group comparison decreased(P<0.05);After 4 and 6 weeks of intervention, there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05);(2)Ventilation threshold exercise heart rate:After 6 weeks of training intervention, compared with before intervention, there was a decrease in the three groups in the intra-group comparison(all P<0.05);After 4 and 6weeks of intervention, there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05);3.Correlation test of the talk test under blood flow restriction,(1)The correlation of heart rate(HR)index corresponding to ventilation threshold under critical condition was high in the control group after 6 weeks of intervention(r=0.66),while the correlation between other groups and time point was very high(r=0.71-0.84);(2)The correlation between RPE index and ventilation threshold in the critical state was high(r=0.77-0.64)in the control group before the trial,4 weeks after intervention and 6 weeks after intervention, while the correlation between other groups and time point was very high(r=0.71-0.74);Conclusion: 1.BFR moderate-intensity aerobic training for 6 weeks improved aerobic capacity better than conventional aerobic training, but there was no significant difference between different pressure values.2.Moderate intensity aerobic training combined with or without blood flow restriction training for 4-6 weeks can reduce the maximum exercise heart rate and improve the adaptability of the heart to exercise.Training for 6 weeks can reduce the ventilation threshold exercise heart rate, and there is no significant difference in the decrease amplitude of different pressure.3.The talk test in BFR aerobic training under different pressure is associated with higher ventilate threshold related indicators, which can effectively evaluate the exercise intensity of ventilate threshold, and can be used as a convenient and effective means to monitor the low and medium intensity of BRT aerobic exercise.
