Research On The Coordination Problems And Countermeasures Of Medicalassociation In Kunshan Under The Background Of Shanghai-suzhou Intration

The construction of medical alliance is an important step in deepening the new medical reform,which is conducive to optimizing the allocation of medical resources,improving the overall efficiency of the medical service system,and better implementing the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.In the process of further promoting the integration of Shanghai and Suzhou,medical alliance is an important carrier to realize regional health integration.By understanding the current situation of medical collaboration,analyzing the existing problems of medical collaboration and proposing optimization countermeasures,it is of great significance to promote the sinking of high-quality medical resources,radiate regional medical service capacity,implement hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system,and promote regional medical collaborative development.Based on the above research background,this paper analyzed the medical resources and services in Kunshan through data collection and reference on the basis of the system theory,synergy theory and other relevant theories.By means of questionnaire survey,the present situation of medical association coordination in Kunshan was analyzed from four aspects: organizational coordination,process coordination,resource coordination and mechanism coordination.Based on the results of questionnaire survey and case analysis,relevant personnel of medical association,leading unit and member unit were interviewed to understand the specific problems,causes and countermeasures.After identification and refining,the existing coordination problems are found: the overall structure is loose,the internal governance rights and responsibilities are not unified,the degree of resource sharing is low,the quality management is difficult to synchronize,the information platform cannot communicate.Based on expert interviews and theoretical analysis,it is found that the main reasons for these problems are: lack of overall planning,immature corporate governance structure,unsound sharing and cooperation mechanism,unsound quality management system,unbalanced investment in information construction,etc.On this basis,drawing on the experience of areas with good practice results of medical alliance,the following countermeasures are put forward: overall planning and layout,improving internal governance system,improving sharing and coordination mechanism,improving quality management system,strengthening information construction,etc.
