Research On The Influence Of Employment Stability On The Health Rights And Interests Of Migrant Population

The state has always pay great attention to keeping the health of the migrant population,but the health of the migrant population and the maintenance of its health rights and interests are still grim.The reason for this severe situation is closely related to the employment situation of the group itself,and employment stability plays an important role in it.From the perspective of promoting the “Healthy China 2030” strategy and realizing equality in basic helps,It is essential to provide stable employment opportunities for the migrant population and tutelage and improve the health status of the group.This article considers both “self-employed” and “employed” migrant populations,starting from the characteristics of stable group employment,redefines the employment stability of migrant populations,and constructs a theoretical framework for the impact of employment stability on the basic health rights of migrant populations based on medical service utilization theory and social integration theory,and uses the CMDS data of 2017 for empirical analysis,Review the specific impact of employment stability on the health of migrant population.The research results are as follows:(1)Functional stability has a positive effect on the fundamental right to health of the variable populations.And in the basin,has passed the robustness test;(2)The comparison of employment stability among low income,high security and low security shows that the basic health rights of the migrant population are more closely related to the level of medical security and employment stability;(3)There are some intermediate effects between employment stability and the basic health rights of the migrant population;(4)Due to the differences in education level,industry type and inflow area,The impact of migrant employment stability on the basic right to health is multifaceted.As a consequence,in order to improve the basic health rights and interests of the floating population and promote their high-quality development in the inflow areas,attention should be paid to the employment stability of the floating population.Taking multiple measures to enhance the stability of group employment while fully leveraging the behavioral assimilation effect of residence willingness.
