Purpose:Based on the medical records related to lung disease in "Guidelines for Clinical Syndrome" as the material,systematically sort out Ye Tianshi’s experience in differentiation and treatment of lung disease,analyze and summarize,sort out and summarize his academic thoughts on the treatment of lung disease,explore and clarify the principles of treatment,and the characteristics of prescriptions and medications,in order to better inherit Ye Tianshi’s academic experience in treating lung diseases,and provide ideas and methods for modern clinical treatment of lung diseases.Method:1.Literature research method.By studying the "Clinical Guidelines and Medical Records",collect relevant medical records and discussions about lung diseases,and consult databases such as CNKI,Wanfang,Weiwei and Chinese Medical Code to obtain relevant literature.2.Organize and summarize.Systematically organize,analyze and summarize the treatment methods of Yep’s lung disease to establish its classification,treatment meaning,indications,treatment principles,typical cases,representative prescriptions and other prescriptions.3.Comparative analysis method.The prescriptions and symptoms under the same treatment method were compared and analyzed to clarify the core elements and compatibility skills of the treatment method.Result:"Clinical Guidelines and Medical Records" contains rich content on lung diseases,and the etiology involves many aspects such as exogenous pathogenic factors,internal injuries and seven emotions,diet and fatigue.Common treatment methods are as follows:(1)Evacuation methods include Xin Ping Dispelling Wind Method,Xin Wen Dispelling Cold Method,Xin Liang Shufei Method,Xin Gan Liang Moisturizing Method,Xin Liang Tou Shu Method.Added and subtracted decoction,mulberry leaves and polygonatum,loofah and almonds.(2)The method of clearing diarrhea includes the method of clearing the lung and purging fire,clearing the lung and resolving phlegm,clearing the liver and gallbladder,clearing heat and cooling(ying)blood,detoxifying the throat,and clearing heat and dampness.The representative prescriptions are Forsythia Gypsum Formula,Maxing Gangao Decoction Jiawei Fang,Danpi Mint Stem Fang,Bamboo Leaf Shengdi,Yinqiao Mabosan,Talcum Pollen Fang.(3)The warming method mainly includes the method of warming the lung and resolving phlegm and the method of warming the yang and drinking water.The representative prescriptions are Guizhi Xingren Formula and Modified Xiaoqinglong Decoction.(4)Qi-adjusting methods include lung-expelling method and Qi-reducing method.The representative prescription of Xuanfei method is the modified Maxingyigan Decoction.The method of lowering qi is divided into the method of lowering qi and resolving phlegm(drinking)method,and the method of lowering qi and calming collaterals.The representative prescriptions are Xingren Paye Fang and Suzi Jiangxiang Fang.(5)Tonic methods include qi tonifying method and yin tonifying method.Among them,the method of invigorating qi includes the method of nourishing the lung and nourishing qi,the method of cultivating soil to generate gold,and the method of nourishing the kidney and benefiting the lung.The method of clearing and nourishing the lungs and stomach,and the method of treating Jinshui with the same method,the representative prescriptions are lentils and Maidong recipes,Maimendong decoction modified recipes,and rehmannia lentil recipes.Conclusion:1.Ye’s diagnosis and treatment of lung diseases is quite unique,closely combining the weather,the physiological characteristics of the lungs,and the relationship between viscera and viscera.2.Yeh’s treatment of lung disease is more in-depth and comprehensive than the predecessors,mainly including five methods of evacuation,clearing,warming,regulating qi,and tonifying.3.While inheriting the great method of treating the lungs of the predecessors,Yeh greatly enriched,perfected and developed the corresponding theory of treatment.In particular,the method of lowering qi and calming collaterals treats hemoptysis caused by liver qi invading the lungs,and the method of sour-sweet and nourishing yin has unique insights into cough caused by lung stagnation,which are worthy of further excavation and inheritance.4.Ye’s thoughts on treating lung diseases are rich,and the rules of differentiation and treatment of medicines are unique,which is of great significance in guiding clinical treatment,and provides modern doctors with ideas and methods for reference in differentiation and treatment of lung diseases.
