Clinical Study Of Bihu Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Prostatitis Based On The Medication Rule Of Gonorrhea In The Clinical Guidelines For Medical Records

Objective:This paper probes into Professor Zhang Chunhe’s experience in the treatment of chronic prostatitis with Bihu Decoction based on the rule of medication of gonorrhea in The Clinical Guidelines for Medical Records,and carries out a clinical control study to observe the clinical efficacy on chronic prostatitis with Bihu Decoction which makes formula granule.Methods:In the end,there were 66 subjects whose diagnosed as chronic prostatitis expected to participate from January 2020 to February 2021.33 subjects in the experimental group were treated with Bihu Decoction,and 33 subjects in the control group were treated with Qianlie Jiedu capsule.All subjects were treated with Jiedu Huoxue suppository for four weeks.The comprehensive efficacy of the two groups after therapy was observed and compared,as well as NIH-CPSI score,UPOINT phenotypic classification system score,TCM syndrome classification and quantification standard score,adverse reactions and so on.SPSS22.0 software is used to analyze the data,and the results are obtained and discussed.Results:Three subjects in each of the two groups were shedding and culling.A total of 60 cases were completed.According to the statistical analysis,the comprehensive efficacy of the two groups after therapy was 86.7% and 76.7% respectively,and efficacy of the test group was excellent(P < 0.05).NIH-CPSI scores in the experimental group before and after treatment were 22.97±5.42,8.57±5.81 respectively,while those in the control group were 25.23 ± 4.45,14.13 ± 6.78 respectively before and after treatment.The NIH-CPSI scores falled distinctly in both groups after therapy(P < 0.01),especially in the experimental group(P < 0.01).The improvement of pain and urinary tract symptoms was more significant on experimental group(P < 0.01),and the improvement in quality of life was also superior(P < 0.05).The scores of UPOINT system before and after treatment were 29.33±12.05,11.13±9.37 respectively on experimental group,while those in the control group were 35.67 ±13.74,20.17 ±13.69 respectively before and after treatment.The UPOINT system scores falled distinctly in both groups after therapy,and the downtrend of the therapy group was more distinct(P < 0.01).The relief of micturition symptoms in the test group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05),while the pelvic floor muscle tenderness,psychosocial and neurological / systemic symptoms in the test group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P < 0.01).The improvement of infection and organ-specific symptoms was similar on each other(P >0.05).The quantitative grading standard scores of TCM syndrome before and after treatment were 32.27 ±8.80,11.53 ±9.05 respectively on the test group,while those in the control group were 35.00 ±9.30,17.17 ±9.96 respectively before and after treatment.The total score of TCM syndrome falled distinctly in both groups after therapy(P < 0.01),and the downtrend of the therapy group was superior(P < 0.05).The curative effect of TCM syndrome: the control rate of the test group was 73.3%,while that of the control group was only 33.3%.The experimental group had superior clinical symptom control and improvement(P < 0.05).Among them,the improvement of local pain such as urination,lower abdomen or lumbosacral or perineum,local pain such as lower abdomen or lumbosacral or perineum,secondary symptoms and tongue and pulse were distinctly superior on therapy group(P < 0.05).The improvement of frequent urination,pain and dripping urination was similar in each other(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.Based on "The Clinical Guidelines for Medical Records",the prescription of Bihu Decoction for gonorrhea can effectively improve the urinary tract symptoms and pain in subjects of chronic prostatitis with syndrome of Dampness-heat and Stasis-toxin,and raise the level of life of subjects,so that the NIH-CPSI score of subjects is significantly reduced,and better than the Qianlie Jiedu capsule.2.Bihu Decoction can effectively reduce the score of UPOINT phenotypic classification system in patients with CP,and significantly improve the symptoms of six phenotypes,in which there is no difference in the improvement of infection and organ-specific symptoms compared with Qianlie Jiedu capsule,but the improvement of voiding symptoms is better than Qianlie Jiedu capsule,and it is significantly better than Qianlie Jiedu capsule in psychosocial,neurosystemic symptoms and pelvic floor muscle tenderness.3.Bihu Decoction can effectively reduce the grading and quantitative standard score of TCM syndromes of Dampness-heat and Stasis-toxin in subjects with chronic prostatitis,and significantly improve the symptoms of pain in urination,urgent urination,secondary symptoms and tongue and pulse symptoms,local pain in lower abdomen or lumbosacral or perineum,frequent urination,local sore distension in lower abdomen or lumbosacral or perineum,and its TCM syndrome integral improvement degree and total effective rate are better than those of the Qianlie Jiedu capsules.In addition,there was no difference between Huanghu decoction and Qianlie Jiedu capsule in the improvement of symptoms such as frequent urination,pain and endless urination,but it was superior to Qianlie Jiedu capsule in the improvement of urgent urination,local distension of lower abdomen or lumbosacral or perineum,local pain of lower abdomen or lumbosacral or perineum,secondary symptoms and tongue and pulse.
