Evaluation Of Clinical Efficacy Of Combined Cauterization With Laryngeal Cough

Objective: Through clinical observation of the changes of pharyngeal symptoms and signs,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of cautery combined with cautery therapy in the treatment of laryngeal cough,to provide an effective and safe treatment plan for patients with laryngeal cough.Methods: A total of 60 patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for laryngeal cough were collected in this study,and then randomly included into three experimental groups:the combination group of cautery,needle knife stabbing group and cautery group,with20 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with the combination of searing and scalding therapy,and needle-knife stabbing was performed first.The first point was punctured on the side of the pharynx with congestion,red and swollen,3 times on each side,and when puncturing the proliferative lymphatic follicles on the posterior wall of the pharynx,the same moderate force was applied.The needle of a small needle knife was pointed at the follicle point for 1 time,and 2-4 points were selected each time,the depth of the punctures was about 1mm.Finally,the mucosa of the posterior pharyngeal wall was stopped with slight bleeding,after the patient had a short rest,then cautery treatment was carried out.Clinically specific soldering iron was selected to cautery the lymphatic follicles of the posterior pharyngeal wall.The soldering iron was quickly removed after hearing "sizzle" sound during cautery treatment.The patient was instructed to take the medicine for 5 minutes.The control group was treated with acupotomy and cautery therapy alone,and the changes of pharyngeal symptoms and signs scores were recorded before treatment and after each treatment.Subjects in each group were treated once every 5 days,3 times as a course of treatment.Statistical software was used to analyze the data before and after treatment to observe the differences between the three groups.The control group was treated with acupotomy and cautery treatments was a total course of treatment.Finally,statistical software was used to collate,summarize and analyze the integral data of pharyngeal symptoms and signs before and after treatment,and to observe the differences among the combined group of cautery,acupotomy and cautery group.Results: 1.By observing the scores of pharyngeal symptoms and signs before and after treatment,it can be seen that the scores of subjects in the three groups have decreased significantly,which indicates that the three groups are effective methods for the treatment of laryngeal cough.By comparing the scores of pharyngeal symptoms and signs among the three groups and comparing them in pairs,it can be seen that the therapeutic effect of the combined group was better than that of the needle-knife stabbing group and the cautery group;2.The changes of pharyngeal total scores of the three groups 13 days after treatment,the total score of the group combined with cauliflower was 4.30 ± 2.85;The total score of the needle-knife stabbing group was10.50±5.02,and that of the cauterization group was 10.30±5.48.From the change of score,the total score of the three groups of experimental groups was significantly reduced compared with before treatment.It was concluded that the three groups of treatment methods could effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients with laryngeal cough,relieve the patients’ pain,and improve the therapeutic effect of the disease;3.From the perspective of clinical efficacy after three treatments,the total effective rate of the treatment group increased from 75% to 100%,the total effective rate of the needle-knife stabbing group increased from 25% to 70%,and the total effective rate of the cauterization group increased from 35% to 75%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group also increased with the increase of the number of treatments.The results showed that the three treatment methods can achieve good efficacy in the treatment of laryngeal cough diseases,and the combined curative effect of cauterization group is better,and there is a significant difference between the other two groups;4.Recurrence situation: 3 months after the end of treatment,patients were regularly followed up to understand the pharyngeal situation and whether there was recurrence,which showed that the recurrence rate of the combined group was lower than that of the other two groups,while the recurrence situation of the needle-knife stabbing group was not much different from the cautery group.5.All subjects in the three groups had no serious adverse reactions during the treatment,which was a safe and effective treatment plan.Conclusions: 1.Cauterization combined therapy,needle-knife therapy and cauterization have certain curative effect on the treatment of laryngeal cough disease,which can effectively improve the discomfort symptoms of patients’ pharynx;2.The clinical efficacy of combined therapy with cauterization is more advantageous than that of the acupotomy group and cauterization group;3.No adverse reactions were observed in the treatment of patients with laryngeal cough by the combination of cauterization and cauterization,so it is known that the safety of this therapy is strong;4.Compared with acupotomy or cauterization alone in the treatment of laryngeal cough,the recurrence rate was found to be lower by follow-up after treatment;5.Cautery combined therapy is the combination of cautery therapy and needleknife stabbing therapy,combining the advantages of the two treatment methods,by purging heat while dispelling cold,at the same time has the function of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,the combination of the two plays a total effect.As the improvement and development of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,the combination of tingling and burning therapy is progressive and innovative in the treatment of laryngeal cough,and plays a role in promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,dispersing cold and clearing collaterals,dispersing knots and reducing swelling,dispelling evil and restoring peace.
