Research On Professor Pi Chiheng’s Treatment Of Hypertensive Renal Damage With Traditional Chinese Medicine Based On Data

Objective:Based on the research method of data mining,retrospective statistical analysis was made on the medication rule of Professor PI Chiheng in the treatment of hypertensive kidney damage,and the medication experience of Professor PI Chiheng was carried forward and inherited.Methods:Microsoft Excel365,SPSS Modeler18.0,SPSS Statistics26.0,Cytoscape3.9.1 and other software were used to set the time between October 2018 and October 2022,which meets the diagnostic criteria of hypertensive renal impairment.Based on the complete case data treated by Professor PI,the frequency statistics,association rules,cluster analysis and data visualization of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions were conducted to summarize Professor PI Chiheng’s experience in treating hypertensive kidney damage.result:1.A total of 89 effective cases were screened out according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion and shedding criteria.Among them,54 cases were male and 35 were female,and the male-female ratio was about1.54:1.The age of patients is mainly concentrated in the elderly group over 60 years old,accounting for 47 percent,followed by the middle-aged patients aged 45-60 years old,accounting for 40 percent,36 people.2.363 prescriptions were collected,involving 161 different TCM flavors,and the total drug frequency was 4826 flavors.Among them,there are 42 TCM with a frequency of 40 or more,The top ten high-frequency Chinese herbs were salvia miltiorrhiza(54.27%),Poria codonopsis(49.31%),Codonopsis Codonopsis(43.53%),Astragalus Radix(42.98%),Tangerine peel(40.77%),pinellia pinellia(38.57%),panax notoginseng(38.02%),Euryorgon root(31.68%),Fructus fructus(28.37%)and Cuttlebone(27.82%).3.There were four types of drugs whose frequency of use was greater than10%,including tonifying deficiency(21.22%),clearing heat(13.51%),promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis(12.06%),and withdrawing astringent(11.23%).4.The drug properties were mainly warm(40.31%),flat(27.88%)and cold(25.78%).The five flavors were mainly sweet(33.69%),bitter(23.35%)and spicy(20.75%).The main drugs were liver(18.55%),spleen(18.45%),lung(16.13%),stomach(13.53%)and kidney(13.37%).5.Second-order association rules include: Codonopsis chinensis +Euryorgon Eurylondii,Tangerine peel + Fructus seed,Zeilan,cardamom,bitter almond;The fourth group:Codonopsis,Astragalus,alisma alisma,atractylodes sinensis,Yam;Group5: Tuckahoe,Tangerine peel,Pinellia sinensis,Angelica sinensis,Ligusticum Chuanxiong.Conclusion: By means of data mining,the statistical analysis of Professor PI Zhiheng’s treatment cases of hypertensive kidney damage showed that Professor PI believed that the hypertensive kidney damage was caused by various pathological factors such as deficiency loss,phlegm turbidity,blood stasis,qi stagnation and external pathogenic factors,and was caused by the combined action of chronic deficiency dissipation,phlegm stasis interformation,qi movement disorder,dampness-heat turbidity poison and internal damage,and the disease was always caused by the deficiency of the original and the solid.Deficiency and solid mixed,the disease mainly lies in the liver,spleen,lung,stomach,kidney.It is believed that the disease is more common in spleen-kidney qi deficiency syndrome,phlegm-stasis syndrome,phlegm-dampness obstructing excessive accumulation syndrome,dampness-heat stagnation syndrome,spleen-kidney Yin deficiency syndrome,Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome,etc.Reinforcing deficiency and reinforcing astringent;Treating phlegm and regulating qi should be equal.Removing blood stasis throughout the whole process;After the treatment of spleen and stomach;Parallel,even alone as the basic rule.
