Research On The Medication Rule Of Professor Xikui Zhang In The Treatment For Renal Edema Based On Data Mining

Objective:This study adopted date mining to make statistical analysis on the prescription drugs of Professor Xikui Zhang in the treatment of renal edema by collecting and sorting out the clinical records,establishing a database,so as to explore the experience and clinical thinking of Professor Zhang in the treatment of renal edema,and lay a foundation for better inheriting and carrying forward Professor Zhang’s academic thoughts.Methods:Through the comprehensive collection and sorting of the renal edema medical records in the outpatient clinical of Guoyitang and Second Affillated Hospital of Fujian Traditional Chinese Medical University from January 2015 to December 2019,the medical record information meeting the inclusion criteria was made use of WPS 2019,IBM SPSS statistics22.0 and IBM SPSS modeler 18.0 carriing out frequency,association rules,cluster analysis,and summaring the results.Results:A total of 140 medical records were included in this study.There are more women than men.Among them,the highest incidence rate was from 41 to 50 years and 61 to 70 years old.The drugs with frequency greater than 5% had 55 flavors,which were commonly used in this study.They were astragalus,Poria,Alisma,Dendrobium,gallic acid,malt,cortex Bupleuri,rice bud,Eucommia ulmoides,aconite,Herba prostrata,rhubarb,rhubarb,oyster,bupleurum,etc.Panax notoginseng,Ligustrum lucidum,tangerine peel,big belly peel,Pinellia ternate,Gorgon fruit,Scutellaria,Cinnamon Twig,citronella root,mulberry parasite,Monascus,Atractylodes macrocephala,raw rehmannia root,pueraria root,hawthorn,ginseng,Polyporus,liquorice,dipsacus root,scutellaria root,epimedium,Golden Cherry,Shiwei,motherwort,Niuxi,Suanzaoren,dangshen,Huangjing,cicada exuviate,yam,dodder,white peony,Fructus aurantii,peony peel,and Rhizoma Fructus officinalis,Gastrodia elata,Schisandra chinensis,coix seed,woody fragrance,agrimony.The frequency of tonic drugs is the highest,accounting for 27.59% of the total frequency.There are 6 kinds of drugs with the frequency greater than5.00%,and the cumulative frequency is 76.18%,which are tonic drugs,diuretic drugs,antiperspirant drugs,antipyretic drugs,and Qi regulating drugs in turn.The main drug combinations are Chaihu and scutellaria,Eclipta and Ligustrum lucidum,Panax notoginseng and Baicao root,astragalus,Poria and Alisma.The core prescription is: the first group:Bupleurum chinense,Scutellaria baicalensis,Pinellia ternate,Guizhi,Poria cocos,Alisma orientalis,plantain,Dendrobium,astragalus,dangshen,Eucommia ulmoides,mulberry parasitism,malt,valley bud,chicken internal gold,tangerine peel,Panax notoginseng,Baicao root,jujube kernel,oyster.The second group: Astragalus,Ligustrum lucidum,Eclipta,Dendrobium,kudzu root,fresh white skin,Panax notoginseng,citronella root,Dipsacus,Achyranthes bidentata,mulberry parasitism.The third group: Astragalus,aconite,rhubarb,epimedium,Cuscuta,mulberry parasitism,Gorgon fruit,Rhizoma polygonatum,chicken internal gold,malt,millet bud,oyster,Gastrodia elata.The fourth group: raw rehmannia,yam,Cornus officinalis,Poria cocos,Alisma orientalis,Cortex Moutan,astragalus,Rhizoma polygonatum,Dendrobium,oyster,Fructus aurantii.The fifth group: aconite,Poria,Alisma,Atractylodes macrocephala,paeony,Astragalus.Conclusion:Professor Zhang thinks that the pathological factors of renal edema are wind,cold,dampness,heat,blood stasis and toxin.The location of the disease was mainly in lung,spleen,kidney and Sanjiao.The pathological nature of the disease belongs to the deficiency of the original and the excess of the standard.In terms of treatment,based on the basic pathogenesis of deficiency and excess,Professor Zhang takes Invigorating Qi,promoting water and eliminating swelling as the basic method;at the same time,he establishes the main formula according to the six meridians’ syndrome differentiation and treatment,and flexibly adds and subtracts drugs such as heat clearing drugs,surface resolving drugs,blood activating and stasis removing drugs according to different pathological factors.In medication,Professor Zhang often uses sweet medicine to invigorate Qi,which is mainly used in lung,spleen and kidney,and the cold medicine and the heat medicine are used together,without obvious deviation.In the category of medicine,the main choice is to invigorate Qi medicine,promote water and dampness medicine,and eliminate food medicine,reflecting the treatment method of strengthening the body and removing pathogenic factors.Commonly used drug combinations are: Astragalus,Poria and Alisma,bulbil,malt and chicken nugget,Ligustrum lucidum and Eclipta,bupleurum and scutellaria,Panax notoginseng and citronella root.Chailing decoction,Huangqi Erzhi Pill,Liuwei Dihuang pill,rhubarb Fuzi Decoction and Zhenwu decoction are the core prescriptions in the prescription,different drugs wer are increased and decreased with the different pathogenesis and pathological factors.
