Clinical Observation On The Combination Of Yiqi Jianpi Formula And Massage In The Treatment Of Allergic Cough In Children During The Relieving Period(Lung Spleen Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective:Through the clinical analysis of 64 cases of children’s allergic cough(lung and spleen deficiency syndrome)treated by Yiqi Jianpi recipe combined with massage,the effect of Yiqi Jianpi recipe combined with massage on children’s allergic cough(lung and spleen deficiency syndrome)was observed.To provide basis for further clinical research and treatment of allergic cough in children.Method:In this study,64 children with anaphylactic cough in remission(lung-spleen-qi deficiency syndrome)in the pediatric department of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December 2022 were collected.The overall gender ratio of children in the two groups was 31:33,including 16 men and 16 women in the treatment group,15 men(46.9%)and 17 women(53.1%)in the control group,and 64 children with lung-spleen-qi deficiency syndrome anaphylactic cough met the criteria selected in the research method.The patients were numbered according to the order of the visit,and then the children who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the observation group(32 cases of Yiqi Jianpi Formula combined with massage)and the control group(32 cases of montelukast sodium)according to the random number table method.The two groups were given corresponding basic treatment.The observation group was given "Yiqi Jianpi Recipe",and the traditional Chinese medicine non-decocting granules were used.The drug composition was Shenqu,hawthorn,tuckahoe,atractylodes macrocephala,codonopsis pilosula,orange peel,fructus aurantii,pinellia,stir-fried grain sprout,stir-fried malt,and licorice,Seven days is a course of treatment,a total of eight courses.Chinese medicine treatment is combined with massage treatment.The acupoint selection of massage includes invigorating the spleen meridian,invigorating the lung meridian,moving the internal eight trigrams,rubbing each of the Tiantu and Tanzhong,rubbing the side of the breast,the root of the breast,rubbing the abdomen,pushing the shoulder blades separately,rubbing the spleen and stomach acupoints,with four major techniques,namely,walking along the string,rubbing and rubbing,children’s spine,and head and face.Massage is performed once every day,7 days as a course of treatment,a total of 8 courses.The control group was given Shunerning once every night before going to bed,7 days as a course of treatment,a total of 8 courses.The score of cough symptoms and the score of LCQ cough questionnaire were recorded before and after treatment.Conclusion According to the statistical data analysis,the difference of curative effect between the two groups was compared from the main clinical data such as cough symptom score,LCQ score and clinical curative effect.Result:1.Through correlation analysis,there is no significant difference between the two groups in general data and observation indicators before treatment,which is comparative;2.By analyzing the curative effect of the two groups of treatment methods,the effective rate of the observation group was 96.9%,and 6 cases were cured,while the effective rate of the control group was 81.3%,and2 cases were cured.After treatment,the effect of the two groups was significantly different(Z=-2.422,P=0.015);The results showed that the therapeutic effect of the observation group(Yiqi Jianpi Decoction combined with massage)was significantly better than that of the control group(Monelukast sodium);3.The clinical efficacy of the observation group in reducing the occurrence time,degree and duration of children’s main symptoms of cough was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);4.The clinical efficacy of the observation group in relieving children’s pharyngeal itching,sweating and appetite was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);5.Through the analysis of the LCQ scores of the two groups after treatment,the children’s physical,psychological and social interval scores were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both the observation group and the treatment group can effectively improve the cough symptom score and LCQ score of children with allergic cough of lung-spleen-qi deficiency syndrome,suggesting that the two treatment methods have definite effect on allergic cough of lung-spleen-qi deficiency syndrome;2.The observation group has more obvious clinical effect in reducing the time,degree and duration of children’s main symptoms of cough;3.The observation group is more beneficial to improve the quality of life of children in terms of physiology,psychology and society;4.Compared with the control group,the treatment plan of the observation group is more beneficial to improve the effective rate and cure rate.
