| Objective:To explore the risk factors of cirrhosis sarcopenia;Risk factors were used to construct a diagnosis model of cirrhosis sarcopenia.Methods:73 patients with liver cirrhosis hospitalized in the Department of Gastroenterology of Shanxi Provincial People’s Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were included. The liver cirrhosis related indexes and abdominal CT images of all patients were collected. The cross-sectional area of L3 skeletal muscle was calculated by sliceomatic software, and the skeletal muscle index(SMI)was obtained by height standardization. The European Working Group on sarcopenia in older people(EWGSOP2)divided the Asian population into sarcopenia group and non sarcopenia group according to the diagnostic criteria of sarcopenia. To analyze the risk factors related to cirrhosis sarcopenia and build a diagnosis model of cirrhosis sarcopenia. Results:Among the cirrhotic patients included in the study, the prevalence of sarcopenia was65.75%(48 / 73),the prevalence of male was 47.73%(21 / 44),and the prevalence of female was 93.10%(27 / 29).There were significant differences in age, sex,BMI,child Pugh grade, etiology, ferritin,Pt and hemoglobin between the two groups(P < 0.05).Age,Child Pugh grade, sex and ferritin are closely related to the occurrence of cirrhosis sarcopenia. The area under curve(AUC)of the combined diagnosis of the four indexes was as high as 95.7%.Conclusion:Age > 60 years old,female,Child-Pugh-C grade and ferritin < 29.60ng/ml are independent risk factors for cirrhosis sarcopenia, and the combined index has good diagnostic value for cirrhosis sarcopenia. |
