Objectives:The prognosis of patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage and hematoma enlargement is closely related to the prognosis of patients with hematoma expansion is an important factor of adverse,prevention of hematoma expansion can effectively reduce residual risk to patients.Through the analysis of the hematoma CT Hounsfield Unit of cerebral hemorrhage patients and patients’ gender,age,bleeding,infection time and the hematoma size,hematoma enlargement and minimally invasive surgical treatment prognosis relevance,providing decision-making for the clinical treatment of cerebral hemorrhage patients quantifiable predictors,guided clinical individualized treatment strategies.Methods:Study of gaomi people’s hospital neurosurgery in November 2019-November2021 admitted during the period of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage and cone cranial minimally invasive surgery,data complete clinical data of 79 patients were retrospectively analyzed.Statistical patients gender,age,infection time and hematoma CT Hounsfield Unit for the first time,review the hematoma CTHounsfield Unit,and the size of the hematoma,hematoma,hematoma shape,surgical timing and the information such as prognostic score,according to the volume of hematoma CT Hounsfield Unit for the patient group;Analysis of CT Hounsfield Unit and hematoma expansion,haematoma eliminating time and so on correlation,surgical timing and statistics(bleeding after surgery time interval),bleeding,blood loss,complications,and so on.On CT Hounsfield Unit associated with cerebral hemorrhage patients’ age,sex,period,hematoma size and hematoma,morphology,operation time,postoperative hematoma removal time and complications such as single factor and multiple factors analysis,the above indexes are associated with CT Hounsfield Unit.Results:This study analyzed 79 cases of spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage patients,42 cases of men,women,37 cases,28 cases of early hematoma expansion occurred.According to the average CT Hounsfield Unit group: low CT Hounsfield Unit group(40to 55 HU)17 patients had hematoma expansion of 8 cases,the CT value in a group(55-65 HU)46 patients had hematoma expansion of 19 cases,high CT Hounsfield Unit group(> 65 HU)occurred in 16 patients only 1 case of hematoma expansion.By chi-square test,rank and inspection,the CT Hounsfield Unit of different group for the first time on the initial size of hematoma,early expand exist significant difference,p <0.05,with statistical significance.And preoperative CT Hounsfield Unit of different groups in gender,whether to expand,hematoma,there were significant differences,p <0.05,with statistical significance.With CT Hounsfield Unit for the first time,preoperative CT Hounsfield Unit,for the first time the hematoma size,hospitalization days and complications as the independent variable,whether to expand as a dependent variable for binary logistic regression analysis showed that: complications,hospitalization days,preoperative CT Hounsfield Unit,coefficient were 1.609,0.021,2.656,p < 0.05,with statistical significance.Including preoperative CT Hounsfield Unit,the postoperative complications were positively correlated with hematoma expansion,namely the CT Hounsfield Unit,the higher the less prone to hematoma enlargement,the less the risk of postoperative bleeding again;Hospitalization days is negatively related to the hematoma expansion,namely happen hematoma expansion leads to prolonged hospitalization.Conclusion:Cerebral hemorrhage patients with hematoma CT Hounsfield Unit is associated with hematoma expansion,for the first time the hematoma CT Hounsfield Unit low patients prone to hematoma enlargement,and row taper cranial hematoma puncture drainage of hematoma expansion also increased risk.Preoperative CT Hounsfield Unit,the higher the less prone to hematoma enlargement,the the lower the risk of bleeding again.
