Comparative Analysis Of Domestic And Foreign Medical Insurance Policy And Literature Subject Evolution Based On LDA Model

Purpose:Based on the LDA model and data from domestic and foreign medical insurance policies and documents,this paper explores the thematic evolution of domestic and foreign medical insurance policies and documents,compares and analyzes the development level of medical insurance at home and abroad,as well as research hotspots and trends in medical insurance policy documents,with a view to providing countermeasures and suggestions for China’s medical insurance reform,and providing support for promoting relevant medical institutions and the public to better benefit from medical insurance.Method:Using the policies and literature related to medical insurance themes from the National Medical Security Administration of China,CNKI China Knowledge Resource Database,and Pubmed database as the analysis objects,data cleaning and word segmentation processing were performed on the analysis objects.LDA was used for theme modeling,and statistical analysis methods were combined to generate charts related to domestic medical insurance policies and literature quantity statistics The ARDL model tests a series of charts,such as the lag trend table between the number of domestic medical insurance policies and the number of domestic medical insurance documents,the line chart of domestic and foreign medical insurance documents and policy evaluation indicators,the keyword distribution table,the time intensity curve of LDA theme modeling of domestic and foreign medical insurance documents and policies,and makes a comparative analysis of the trend changes and research hotspots of China’s medical insurance policies and documents,as well as foreign medical insurance documents.Result:(1)Incorporate domestic medical insurance policies into the analysis scope and generate a quantity table of domestic medical insurance policies issued annually.(2)Analyze the trend of medical insurance policies and medical insurance documents,and generate a histogram of the number of medical insurance policies and a broken line chart of the number of medical insurance documents in China each year.(3)Use the ARDL model to test the trend of the relationship between domestic medical insurance policies and the number of medical insurance documents,and generate an ARDL model to test the trend of the relationship between the number of domestic medical insurance policies and the number of medical insurance documents.(4)After modeling using the LDA topic model,the subject clustering evaluation index line charts of domestic medical insurance policies and domestic and foreign medical insurance literature are obtained.(5)According to the model evaluation score,the distribution of hot topic keywords in domestic medical insurance policies and domestic and foreign medical insurance literature is obtained,and a keyword distribution table is generated.(6)Six hot topics related to domestic medical insurance policies are: medical system reform,urban-rural medical insurance integration,medical insurance traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations catalog,medical insurance supervision,social insurance collection system reform,and medical insurance payment method reform;The domestic medical insurance literature covers nine hot topics,including: government role,hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,public hospital reform,medical insurance payment method reform,pilot new payment method reform,market role,medical insurance coverage and reimbursement directory,medical institution system reform,and urban-rural medical insurance integration;Foreign medical insurance literature involves nine hot research topics,including government data,disease assessment,patient status,disease analysis,medical insurance,medical expenses,national medical insurance,influencing factors,and medical system conditions.Conclusion:(1)The number and theme of domestic medical insurance policies are influenced by domestic medical insurance literature.It is believed that there is a lag effect between medical insurance policies and medical insurance literature,and the lag period is about 2 years.(2)There are differences in the research hotspots of medical insurance literature at home and abroad.Domestic medical insurance literature research focuses more on basic medical services,while foreign medical insurance literature research focuses on the patient’s medical experience and medical humanistic care.(3)The reform of the medical system,the catalogue of traditional Chinese medicine for medical insurance,the supervision of medical insurance,and the reform of medical insurance payment methods will become the focus of China’s medical insurance work in the future.
