Discussion On The Medication Rule Of Director Li Shengcai In The Treatment Of Diarrhoeal Irritable Bowel Syndrome Based On Data Mining

Objective: Reviewing Director Li Shengcai’s medical record of treating diarrhoeal irritable bowel syndrome,using data mining technology and through the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform(V3.0)" to analyze patients’ prescription medication,sorting out and analyzing Director Li Shengcai’s medication patterns and characteristics in treating diarrhoeal irritable bowel syndrome,summarizing his clinical dialectical thinking,and inheriting his academic thinking and clinical experience,And provide more ideas and detailed data for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: From December 2020 to December 2022,202 clinical prescriptions for the treatment of diarrhoeal irritable bowel syndrome in the outpatient department of the Spleen and Stomach Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Center of Director Li Shengcai were collected and collated.The data were standardized,and an Excel table database was constructed.The data information was transmitted to the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform(V3.0)".The frequency statistics and association rules were performed on the data from multiple perspectives such as symptoms,drug frequency,four Qi,five flavors,meridian tropism,and efficacy Cluster analysis,and based on the mentor’s experience,summarize the mentor’s commonly used prescriptions,drug association rules,and formula formation rules for treating diarrhoeal irritable bowel syndrome.Results:(1)Among the 202 IBS-D patients collected,their symptoms were mainly diarrhea,cold abdominal pain,clear and watery stools,and anorexia.The tutor’s treatment was mostly based on syndrome differentiation and classification of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome(116 cases),followed by liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome(48 cases)There are 88 commonly used drugs with a total of 2480 times,and the drugs with a frequency greater than 102 times include: Agrimonia pilosa(182 times),Atractylodes macrocephala(180 times),licorice(162 times),kudzu root(160 times),nutmeg(147 times),Terminalia chebula(145 times),white lentils(144 times),red stone(142 times),Codonopsis pilosula(136 times),plantain seed(136 times),dried ginger(133 times),toona bark(132 times),and patchouli(102 times),a total of 13 flavors.Among them,drugs for tonifying deficiency,astringency,and diuresis and dampness are mostly used.The main properties of the medicine are mild and mild(accounting for 69.38%),with the main flavor being sweet(1185 times),followed by bitter and pungent flavors.The meridians are mainly attributed to the spleen,stomach,liver,and kidney Association rule analysis summarizes the clinical addition and subtraction of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency in patients with Fangfeng,Wuyao,Muxiang,etc;For those with spleen and stomach deficiency and cold,add aconite and ginger;"For those with chronic spleen deficiency,deficiency of qi and blood,and effects on the mind,add sour jujube kernels and nocturnal rattan." Through clustering methods,three commonly used drug combinations were extracted: the first type: tangerine peel,agrimony,atractylodes macrocephala,and corydalis yanhusuo;the second type:agrimony,atractylodes macrocephala,kudzu root,and licorice;the third type: toona bark,kudzu root,licorice,dried ginger,and nutmeg.Conclusion: Based on the analysis and summary of the research results,it is found that IBS-D is the most common syndrome of spleen and kidney yang deficiency in the tutor’s outpatient service,followed by liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.The tutor’s treatment is based on the principles of warming the spleen and kidney,soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen,and warming the spleen and stomach.It embodies the academic idea of the tutor to strengthen the spleen and warm the kidney,balancing spleen and liver,resolving dampness and astringency,demonstrating with dampness,and balancing multiple organs.Its medication is mainly warm and gentle,and is compatible with special drugs such as Fangfeng and Pueraria,Embodying the characteristics of tonifying qi and strengthening the spleen,astringing the intestines to stop diarrhea,and "treating spleen and stomach diseases,often without wind drugs",the statistical analysis and summary of new drug pairs,new formulations,and clinical additions and subtractions can be used in clinical practice,providing relevant data and reference for clinical treatment of this disease.
