| In 2022,affected by the new coronavirus epidemic, the number of new coronavirus pneumonia cases has increased significantly, and the supply of medical supplies has been seriously insufficient in some areas, and material assistance from other regions is needed. In order to overcome the peak of the epidemic spread and reduce the negative impact caused by the run on medical resources, the scientific and reasonable distribution of medical materials is crucial. This paper studies the allocation method of allocating medical supplies to relevant hospitals in the region under the background of unified scheduling of medical resources.According to the officially announced epidemic prevention policy, this paper divides hospital demand points into three categories, and the actual situation of each hospital should be considered in the allocation process, including hospital treatment, patients, materials, etc.,and material allocation should be carried out based on hospital demand priority. When studying the distribution scheme of medical supplies during the epidemic, this paper selects Coronavirus pneumonia treatment drugs as the research object, refers to the research on emergency material distribution, and establishes an index system and material allocation model affecting the distribution of Coronavirus pneumonia treatment drugs in view of the shortage of hospital-related drugs in the epidemic situation. This paper analyzes the main influencing factors of hospital medical material demand priority evaluation under the epidemic background, and screens out the priority indicators of medical material demand under the epidemic background through expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy method. After calculating the combined weights of key indicators, the index system for evaluating the urgency of medical supplies in hospitals was constructed. In this paper, the B-type correlation degree-TOPSIS method is used to solve the problem, and the material allocation model is introduced to maximize the actual utility of materials, which has reference significance for the material allocation scheme under the background of public safety incidents. |
