| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Huopo Qinshi Powder in the treatment of infantile anorexia with the Spleen-stomach Damp-heat Syndrome,and provide a reference for the clinical treatment of infantile anorexia.Methods: 84 children with anorexia were incorporated by the random number table method.The experimental group was treated with Compatible Granules of Huopo Qinshi Powder,37 cases were completed,and 5 cases were excluded.The control group was treated with Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets(Golden bifid),38 cases were completed,and 4 cases were exfoliated.The total course of treatment was 2 weeks,followed up after 1 week,2 weeks,and 3 months of treatment.Use SPSS27.0 software to analyze the data and objectively evaluated the treatment differences between the two schemes.Result:1.There was no difference in age,gender,body mass,height,course of anorexia,degree of illness,and symptom score composition between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.After 2 weeks of treatment,the total clinical efficacy of the experimental group and the control group was 91.89% and 73.68% respectively,and the total efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine was 89.19% and 68.42% respectively.3.Comparison of symptoms and signs:(1)After 2 weeks of treatment,the total symptom score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).(2)Intragroup comparison: 1)After 1 week of treatment,both groups could increase appetite and food intake,and improve symptoms of dry stool.The experimental group was able to improve symptoms of poor appetite,yellow urine,and thirst(P<0.05);Neither group improved nausea,vomiting,tiredness,and body quality(P>0.05).2)After 2 weeks of treatment,both groups were able to increase appetite and food intake and improve the symptoms of poor appetite,dry stool,foul stool,yellowish urine,and fatigue.The experimental group was also able to improve symptoms of thirst(P<0.05);Neither group could improve nausea,vomiting,and body quality(P>0.05).(3)Intergroup comparison: 1)After 1 week of treatment,the experimental group was superior to the control group in improving the loss of appetite,less food intake,dry stool,foul stool,and thirst(P<0.05).There was no difference between the two groups in terms of reduced appetite,nausea and vomiting,yellow urine,fatigue,and body quality(P>0.05).2)After 2 weeks of treatment,the experimental group was better than the control group in increasing appetite and improving fecal odor and thirst.and there was no difference between the two groups in improving food intake reduction,nausea and vomiting,bad breath,dry stool,yellow urine,burnout,and body quality(P>0.05).(4)Comparison of long-term efficacy: 1)After 3 months of treatment,the recurrence rate in the control group(35.71%)was higher than that in the experimental group(12.12%)(P<0.05).2)After 3 months of treatment,both groups were able to improve body quality,and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(5)Safety evaluation: During the study,the vital signs of all children were stable,and no adverse reactions occurred.Both groups of protocols were relatively safe.Conclusion:1.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome efficacy,and long-term efficacy of Huopo Qinshi Powder in the treatment of infantile anorexia(Spleen-stomach Damp-heat Syndrome)are affirmative.2.The treatment of Huopo Qinshi Powder can effectively improve the symptoms of anorexia in children(Spleen-stomach Damp-heat Syndrome),such as poor appetite,less food intake,dry stool,foul stool,yellow and little urine,fatigue,thirst,etc.3.Huopo Qinshi Powder has the advantages of faster effect,better effect,and more symptoms improved in the treatment of infantile anorexia(Spleen-stomach Damp-heat Syndrome)compared to Golden bifid4.Huopo Qinshi Powder has high safety and clinical application value in the treatment of infantile anorexia(Spleen-stomach Damp-heat Syndrome). |
