Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry In Changzhi City

As an important part of China’s pharmaceutical industry and one of the most important national industries,the development of Chinese herbal medicine industry not only helps to promote the healthy development of China’s pharmaceutical industry,but also has a very important significance in improving people’s health and enhancing national competitiveness.Changzhi is an important production area of Chinese herbal medicine in Shanxi Province,with a long history of artificial cultivation,rich resources of Chinese herbal medicine,a wide variety of species,and a large scale of cultivation.However,the development of Chinese herbal medicine industry in Changzhi also faces many difficulties and challenges,such as planting conditions,industrial chain construction,storage capacity,and the resulting economic benefits,ecological benefits,and industrial poverty alleviation benefits.In this paper,we use the SWOT matrix analysis method to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of the development of the Chinese herbal medicine industry in Changzhi,and propose a new development strategy that focuses on growth and diversification,and takes into account the transformation and defense strategies.The construction idea of Chinese herbal medicine industry at the stage of development.By using gray correlation analysis,eight strong correlation indexes,such as planting area,total power of agricultural machinery and disposable income of rural residents,which are related to the Chinese herbal medicine industry in Changzhi City,were selected to correlate the factors influencing the development of Chinese herbal medicine industry in Changzhi City,and it was concluded that with the improvement of agricultural technology and economic capacity,the most important factor influencing the Chinese herbal medicine industry in Changzhi City is the sowing area.Finally,through field visits,combined with the analysis of theoretical data,the main factors limiting the bottlenecks in the development of Chinese herbal medicine cultivation,production,operation and sales in Changzhi City were identified,and corresponding development countermeasures were proposed in the light of the actual situation:cultivating high-quality varieties and promoting standardized cultivation of herbal medicine;strengthening water resources management and improving the technical level of irrigation facilities;raising the income level of rural practitioners and establishing a talent protection mechanism;innovating production The paper proposes corresponding development countermeasures: cultivating high-quality varieties and promoting standardized cultivation of herbs;strengthening water resources management and improving the technical level of irrigation facilities;improving the income level of rural practitioners and establishing talent protection mechanism;innovating production and operation mode;strengthening scientific and technological innovation and enhancing the scientific and technological level of industrialization of herbs in the city;cultivating leading enterprises;increasing policy support and financial investment;creating the characteristics of herbs industry and building the characteristic brand of herbs;and strengthening quality supervision of herbs.Through the research on the development of Chinese herbal medicine industry in Changzhi City,this paper identifies the problems in the development of the industry in order to promote the development of Chinese herbal medicine industry in Changzhi City and provide relevant theoretical and model basis for relevant Chinese herbal medicine enterprises and government departments.
