Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture at different frequencies combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke.Taking patients with dysphagia after stroke as the object,on the basis of routine treatment in neurology department, combined with swallowing rehabilitation training,to observe whether the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture at different frequencies is different,to explore the advantages and disadvantages of electroacupuncture at different frequencies for the treatment of dysphagia after stroke,to promote patients’ rehabilitation and improve their quality of life, and to provide reference opinions on the selection of electroacupuncture frequency and to provide better treatment schemes.Methods:Eighty-seven patients with dysphagia after stroke who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into three groups,A,B and C,with 29 patients in each group.Group A(swallowing rehabilitation training +2Hz electroacupuncture group),Group B(swallowing rehabilitation training +50Hz electroacupuncture group)and Group C(swallowing rehabilitation training +100Hz electroacupuncture group)were treated for 30 minutes each time,6 times a week for 2 weeks.Observe and record the three groups of patients before and after treatment, such as video fluoroscopic swallowing(VFSS),Wadian drinking water test rating, swallowing function assessment scale(SSA)score, nutritional status related indicators(hemoglobin, serum protein, serum total protein),and record the values, and make statistical analysis on the related values to evaluate the curative effect.Results:1.Comparison of total efficiency: After treatment, the total effective rates of group A,group B and group C were 96.6%,78.6% and 72.4%,respectively.There were statistical differences among the three groups(p<0.05).The total effective rate of group A was the highest, followed by group B,and group C was the lowest. There were statistical differences between groups A and B.2.After treatment, compared with patients in Group B and Group C,patients in Group A had shorter oral passage time, delayed pharyngeal passage time and higher VFSS score(p<0.05).The swallowing time in group C was slightly longer than that in group B,and the VFSS score was lower than that in group A(p<0.05)and slightly lower than that in group B(p>0.05).There was no significant difference between group B and group C.3.After treatment, the swallowing ability of wadian in the three groups was improved compared with that in the group before treatment(p<0.05).Group A was better than Group C and Group B,and there were statistical differences between Group A and Group B,and there was no statistical difference between Group B and Group C(p>0.05).4.After treatment, the SSA scores of the three groups were all decreased(p<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in SSA scores among the three groups after treatment(p<0.05).The SSA scores in group A were the lowest, slightly higher in group B and the highest in group C,and there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(p<0.05).5.After treatment, the hemoglobin, serum protein and serum total protein of the three groups all increased in different degrees, but the difference was not statistically significant(p > 0.05),and there was no statistical difference among the three groups(p > 0.05).Conclusion:1.Electroacupuncture combined with swallowing rehabilitation training is effective in treating dysphagia after stroke, and the curative effect is remarkable. It is a clinical scheme with simple operation and no toxic and side effects, which can improve the swallowing function of patients, improve rehabilitation efficiency and enhance the quality of daily life of patients.2.Compared with the electroacupuncture frequency of 50 Hz group and the electroacupuncture frequency of 100 Hz group, the therapeutic effect of 50 Hz group is slightly stronger than that of 100 Hz group, but the superiority is not obvious.3.When the frequency of electroacupuncture is 2Hz,the improvement effect is better than that of electroacupuncture at 50 Hz and 100 Hz in the aspects of patients’ drinking water grading, swallowing contrast score and SSA score. It is suggested that doctors should consider choosing the frequency of electroacupuncture as 2Hz in clinical treatment, which can enhance the therapeutic effect and be more conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
