Objective:To compare the efficacy of low and high frequency electroacupuncture on Lianquan and Fengfu point in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke.Method:From 1 January 2019 to January 2020,90 cases patients who included in the standard of swallowing disorder after stroke patients enrolled into the first affiliated hospital of Tianjin medical university the special acupuncture ward and outpatient were collected into our study. The method of random numbers was used to divided all patients into 3 groups: the control group who simply underwent the swallowing function training, the low frequency electroacupuncture who underwent low frequency(2 Hz)electroacupuncture based on the control group and the high frequency group who underwent low frequency(100 Hz)electroacupuncture based on the control group. The standard swallowing function assessment scale(SSA),oral passage time, pharyngeal delay time, pharyngeal passage time, video fluoroscopic swallowing score(VFSS),nutritional indicators(hemoglobin, serum albumin and serum total protein),nutritional risk screening scores(NRS-2002),quality of life evaluation were compared before and after treatmetn in 3 groups.the incidence of pneumonia during hospitalization in 3 groups were compared.Result:1.Compared with before treatment, the SSA scores in all three groups were significantly lower after treatment(P=0.000,0.000,0.000).After treatment, the SSA score of the three groups showed statistically significant difference(P=0.001).The SSA score of the control group was the highest, followed by the high frequency group and the low frequency group. The pairwise comparison between the three groups showed statistically significant difference(P=0.000,0.000,0.001).2.Compared with the subjects in the high frequency group, the low-frequency group had significantly shorter oral passage time, pharyngeal delay time and pharyngeal passage time after treatment, and significantly higher VFSS scores(P=0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000).There were statistically significant differences in the total effective rate among the three groups(P=0.003).The highest total effective rate was in the low-frequency group(96.67%),followed by the high-frequency group(80.00%),and the lowest was in the control group(56.67%).There was statistical significance in pairwise comparison between groups(P=0.000,0.003,0.000).3.Compared with before treatment, the hemoglobin, serum protein and serum total protein of the subjects in the three groups increased to varying degrees after treatment, but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and NRS-2002 decreased to varying degrees(P=0.000).After treatment, there were no significant differences in hemoglobin, serum protein and serum total protein among the three groups(all P>0.05).4.There was no statistical significance in the incidence of pneumonia between the high frequency group and the low frequency group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture at Lianquan and Fengfu points can significantly improve the swallowing function of patients with dysphagia after stroke.Compared with the highfrequency electroacupuncture, the low-frequency electroacupuncture can improve the efficacy by improvement of swallowing function, which is recommended as the optimal plan for the treatment of dysphagia after stroke.
