Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Of Qi Stagna Tion And Blood Stasis Type With Gexia Zhu Yu Decoction And Modified Formula Combi Ned With Yousiyue

Objective: Exploring the clinical efficacy of Gexia Zhuyu Tang Jiawei Fang combined with Yousiyue in treating polycystic ovary syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,providing scientific data basis and treatment plan for future clinical treatment.Method: 84 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type who met the inclusion criteria were collected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a treatment group of 42 cases and a control group of 42 cases using a random number table method.During the treatment process,4 cases fell out of the treatment group(not seeking medical attention in a timely manner due to the epidemic),2 cases were excluded(not taking traditional Chinese medicine regularly),and 7cases fell out of the control group(not seeking medical attention in a timely manner due to the epidemic).Ultimately,71 patients completed treatment,with 36 cases in the treatment group,35 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with "Gexia Zhuyu Tang plus Chaihu,Motherwort combined with Yousiyue",while the control group was treated with "Yousiyue".Four weeks were one menstrual cycle,and both groups were treated with three menstrual cycles.Collect the TCM syndrome scores,body mass index,sex hormone levels,hirsutism and acne scores of two groups of patients before and after medication,and analyze the data using SPSS26.0 software to evaluate the efficacy.Results:(1)General comparison: There was no statistically significant difference in age,course of disease,and body mass index between the two groups of patients before treatment(P > 0.05).(2)Comparison of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Scores:Compared within the group,both groups showed a statistically significant decrease after treatment(P<0.01);Compared between groups,the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(3)Comparison of body mass index: Compared within the group,both groups showed a statistically significant decrease after treatment(P<0.01);Compared between groups,the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(4)Comparison of serum sex hormone levels: compared within the group,both groups can improve patients’ Luteinizing hormone,Luteinizing hormone/follicle stimulating hormone,testosterone after treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01),and both groups do not improve follicle stimulating hormone after treatment,the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05);Compared with the control group,Luteinizing hormone,Luteinizing hormone/follicle stimulating hormone and testosterone in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in follicle stimulating hormone between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).(5)Comparison of scores for hirsutism and acne: Compared within the group,both groups showed a statistically significant decrease in patients’ hirsutism score after treatment(P>0.05),while both groups showed a significant decrease in patients’ acne score after treatment(P<0.01);Compared between groups,there was no statistically significant difference in hirsutism scores between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The acne score in the treatment group decreased more significantly compared to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(6)Comprehensive efficacy evaluation: The comprehensive efficacy evaluation of the treatment group was 89%,while the control group was60%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).(7)Both groups of patients had normal liver and kidney function indicators before and after treatment,and no adverse reactions occurred throughout the entire process.Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of Gexia Zhuyu Decoction combined with Bupleurum,Leonurus japonicus and Yousiyue in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis type is better than that of Yousiyue alone.Clinical research has confirmed that this treatment scheme can effectively improve the TCM syndrome score,body mass index,sex hormone level and acne score of patients,and can reduce the hirsutism score to a certain extent,but has no statistical significance.After treatment,the patient’s liver and kidney functions showed no abnormal changes,and no adverse reactions occurred.Therefore,this treatment plan can be applied to clinical treatment.
