【Objective】At present, there is a large population of We Chat users in China. We Chat management is much simpler than other management models.Besides, the development of We Chat Apllet is relatively more complete.Combining We Chat Apllet with the prognosis follow-up tumor surgery and community chronic diseases can not only reduce the burden of the medical management system, but also improve the prognosis and survival treatment quality of people with various diseases, and improve the medical and nursing nursing capabilities of community for the health management of such patients.Based on this, this study takes the health wechat applet as an example to analyze the influencing factors of breast cancer patients’ willingness to use mobile health services.【Method】Firstly, literature reviews on the theory related to user acceptance, including the health belief model and the hypothesis of perceived risk, were performed to identify and summarize the key factors that likely affect the patients with breast cancer willingness to use We Chat mini-programs;and thereby, construct a relevant research model.Secondly,309 valid questionnaires were obtained in the offline questionnaires form at the Anti-Breast Surgery Guidance Desk of an affiliated hospital.Subsequently, the data were examined for reliability Recovery questionnaires were entered twice to ensure the accuracy of data entry.According to statistics,a total of 330 paper questionnaires were distributed in this survey, and 309 valid questionnaires were recovered, with an effective recall rate of 93.63%.Then,data reliability and validity were tested, significant differences of individual characteristics in terms of readiness were tested by analysis of variance, and correlations between variables were tested by correlation analysis, and finally by structural equation model test.【Result】(1)This study found that among the 309 patients,244 patients had used health We Chat mini-programs,and the usage rate of health-type We Chat mini-programs was78.96%.(2)There were 6 latent variables in the mobile health service usage intention model in this study,in which social influence was the variable with the lowest score, and performance expectation was the variable with the highest score.(3)Performance expectation and self-efficacy had a positive impact on breast cancer patients’ willingness to use mobile health services;perceived risk had a negative impact.(4)Histological type and pathological stage were positively correlated with breast cancer patients’ willingness to use mobile health services.Pathological stage also affected breast cancer patients’ willingness to use mobile health services through patient self-efficacy.【Conclusion】With the booming information technology and the gradual improvement of citizens’ health awareness, mobile health services are increasingly popular among patients with chronic diseases. In the breast cancer patient population, mobile health services have not yet been widely accepted. In order to expand the user groups of mobile health services and promote their all-round development, developers should not only improve the usability of users by optimizing health management tracking services and personalized guidance, but also pay attention to the ease of use and branding of mini programs. In the future development process,it is necessary to meet the multi-level needs of users and pay more attention to user experience.
