| ObjectiveThrough the study and analysis of clinical cases,this trial observed the clinical efficacy of Liangxue Removal Stasis in the treatment of swelling after distal radius fracture and the safety of the prescription in clinical application,which provided a theoretical basis for future clinical promotion and further research.MethodsThis project used clinical randomized controlled trials to select patients who were hospitalized in the orthopedic department of our hospital for distal radius fracture from December 2021 to February 2023,and selected a total of 60 cases of distal radius type A fracture that met the inclusion criteria,and randomly divided into observation group and control group in a ratio of 1:1 according to the random number table method.The observation group began to take cold blood stasis prescription + basic treatment every day from the second day of admission;The control group took rosé four-substance decoction +basic treatment,measured and recorded the circumferential diameter of the injured limb and the healthy side(D0/D1/D4/D7)on the first day before and the 1st,4th and 7th day after taking the drug,and calculated the circumferential diameter difference.The VAS pain score(D0/D1/D4/D7)on the 1st day before and the 1st,4th and 7th day after taking the drug was recorded,and the points(D1,D7)of TCM symptoms and signs such as joint pain(patient’s self-evaluation,doctor’s evaluation),joint swelling,joint range of motion,and joint ecchymosis were collected on the first day before taking the drug and the 7th day after taking the drug.Relevant data were recorded,statistical analysis was carried out,and a controlled study was conducted on the effectiveness and safety of traditional Chinese medicine Liangxue Removal Formula for swelling after distal radius fracture manipulation,and the clinical efficacy of Cool Blood Stasis Prescription was comprehensively evaluated.Results60 patients were included in this study,including 30 patients in control group(m 12,F18),13 patients in L,17 patients in R,with an average age of(50.67±8.76)years,30 patients in Observation Group(m 12,F 18),13 patients in L,17 patients in R,with an average age of(50.67±8.76)years,male 9 cases,female 21 cases,L 14 cases,R 16 cases,mean age(53.13±7.57),the general data of the two groups: sex,age and distribution of the affected limbs were compared(p=0.463,p=0.248,p=0.822).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the degree of swelling at D 0 and d 1(P > 0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups in the degree of swelling on D 4 and D 7(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the degree of swelling between the two groups(P =1.000>0.05),but there was significant difference in the diameter of nodes(P= 0.000<0.01).There was significant difference between the control group(D0)and the control group(D1,D7)(P = 0.031,0.002 < 0.05).There was no significant difference between D0 and D4(P = 1.000.05),between D1 and D4,D7(P = 0.039,0.000.05),and between D4 and D7(P = 0.517 > 0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups on D 0 and D 1(P=0.203,0.378,P<0.05),there was significant difference between the two groups(P=0.003,0.000,P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups on D 0 and D 1(P=0.203,0.378,P <0.05),there was significant difference between the two groups(P= 0.003,0.000,P <0.05).There was significant difference in Vas score between the two groups(P = 0.000,0.000 P<0.01),but no significant difference in Vas score between D 0 and D 1(P= 1.000>0.05),there was significant difference between D4 and D7(P = 0.001,0.000 <0.05).In the control group,there were significant differences between D 0 and D 4,D 7(P = 0.001,0.000<0.05),but there were no significant differences between D0 and D1(P=1.000 > 0.05),there was significant difference between D4 and D7(P=0.000,0.000<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.499 > 0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment and before treatment(P=0.004,0.01<0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P=0.000,0.000<0.01).The total effective rate was 100% in the observation group and 70% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.02<0.05).ConclusionThe application of Liang Xue Hua Yu prescription can accelerate the swelling subsiding speed and shorten the time after manipulation of distal radius fracture,so as to improve the overall clinical effect. |
