Objective: The factors affecting the severity of scalp seborrheic dermatitis were found to provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of scalp seborrheic dermatitis through the classification of the severity of scalp seborrheic dermatitis and the examination of influencing factors.Through the analysis of the effect of ketoconazole,Martine, and Jieeryin on Malassezia lipase activity in common lotions treated with seborrheic dermatitis, the treatment mechanism of Malassezia skin disease is further understood, which provides a reference for clinical treatment. Methods: 1.A self-made questionnaire was used to gather clinical cases of scalp seborrheic dermatitis(dandruff)and examine the relevant factors;2.The lipase activities of 32 clinical strains of Malassezia(from patients with seborrheic dermatitis,Malassezia folliculitis, and pityriasis versicolor, respectively)were assessed spectrophotometrically;3.The ITS region of the r DNA was carried out using the fungal universal PCR primers ITS1 and ITS4 for amplification and sequencing, using BLAST for comparison to the Gene Bank database for strain identification, and the core sequences were sequenced using Conting Express was used for splicing, and the Neighbor-Joining method was then selected by Mega11 software to build a phylogenetic tree to compare differences in lipase activities between the different groups based on the relatedness clustering. Results: 1.Data were collected on 161 cases of seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp,61 males and 100 females, with a ratio of males to females of0.61:1.The respondents’ occupations were predominantly student, employee, and freelance,46(28.6%),38(23.6%),and 20(12.4%)cases,respectively;the severity of seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp was predominantly moderate,representing(47.20%);statistical The results of the analysis indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the severity of scalp seborrheic dermatitis by influencing factors(P> 0.05);2.There was a significant decrease in Malassezia lipase before and after treatment, and the median(P25,P75)of 32 Malassezia lipase strains before treatment, ketoconazole, matrine, and Jieeryin solution was 11.12(7.50,16.66)U/g mass 、 7.49(5.29,9.18)U/g mass 、 5.91(1.87,8.67)U/g mass 、 3.27(1.51,5.48)U/g mass, lipase decreased after treatment in all three groups(P<0.001),the difference was statistically significant, there was no statistical difference between the groups comparing ketoconazole and matrine(P > 0.05),there was no effect of matrine or Jieeryin solution There was no statistical difference between the groups for ketoconazole and matrine(P > 0.05),there was no statistical difference between matrine and Jieeryin solution(P>0.05),and there was also a statistical difference between ketoconazole and Jieeryin solution(P< 0.05);3.An evolutionary tree analysis was performed to divide the genotypes into three groups, and the results of the comparison showed that there was a statistical difference between the second and third branches in the Jieeryin solution(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Scalp seborrheic dermatitis occurs in the young, and most of the patients attending the clinic are students with moderate manifestations;2.It is possible that the mechanism of ketoconazole, matrine, and the Jieeryin solution for the treatment of Malassezia dermatitis works by reducing lipase activity.
