Objective(s):To explore the effectiveness of the combined intervention program of auricular acupoint sticking and gastrointestinal acupoint electrical stimulation in functional gastrointestinal patients,in order to improve the physical symptoms of functional gastrointestinal patients and enrich the effective intervention measures for the treatment of functional gastrointestinal patients,in order to provide theoretical guidance and evidence-based evidence for the clinical treatment of physical symptoms of functional gastrointestinal patients and improve the quality of life of patients. Methods:All the samples included in this study were from inpatients with FGIDs in the Department of Gastroenterology, the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University.According to the criteria of inclusion,117 patients with FGIDs from January ~ September 2022 were selected and included in two diseases: functional dyspepsia(FD)and diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D).Using the research method of quasi-experiments,samples were screened according to time groups, and divided into control group, electrical stimulation group, ear point pressure and electrical stimulation group, and 39 patients were included in each group. The control group was given conventional clinical treatment and nursing, the electrical stimulation group added gastrointestinal acupoint electrical stimulation therapy on the basis of the control group, and the combined intervention group applied ear acupoint pressure combined with gastrointestinal acupoint electrical stimulation therapy on the basis of the control group. Before and after the intervention, the three groups were evaluated by members of the specialist panel using the FD Primary and Secondary Symptom Rating Scale,IBS-SSS Scale,TCM Clinical Syndrome Total Score Scale,Quality of Life Index(QOL),and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS).The improvement of somatic symptoms, improvement in quality of life, anxiety, and depression in the two diseases was compared with electrical stimulation intervention alone or by ear pressure pressure combined with electrical stimulation.Statistical data are analyzed statistically using SPSS 23.0 software, and the measurement data is expressed as mean ± standard deviation.Exeel was used for data collation, double check entry, and SPSS25.0 for statistical data analysis.Results:1 Constructed an effective combined intervention plan for auricular point sticking combined with gastrointestinal acupoint electrical stimulation for the treatment of FGIDs.The literature quality evaluation provided a theoretical basis for the drafting of a preliminary intervention plan.Combined with the expert meeting method,it was revised and gradually improved, and the final auricular point sticking combined with gastrointestinal Combined intervention scheme of acupoint electrical stimulation.2 Completed the clinical intervention and effect observation of the combined program.A total of 114 patients were included in this study. The control group included 27 patients with FD and 11 patients with IBS-D.A total of 38 patients were included,and1 patient withdrew from the study due to transfer treatment, and the follow-up rate was 2.5%.In the electrical stimulation group,28 and 11 patients with FD and IBS-D were enrolled respectively, with a total of 39 patients included, and there were no drop-out cases. In the combined intervention group,27 and 11 patients with FD and IBS-D were enrolled respectively.10 cases,a total of 37 cases were included, and 2cases were lost to follow-up due to transfer of treatment and voluntary withdrawalfrom this study, with a loss-to-follow-up rate of 5.4%.All the subjects included in the study were strictly in accordance with the proposed intervention plan for clinical research.(1)There is no statistically significant difference in the general information and age of the three groups of patients(P>0.05),which are comparable. The total loss-to-follow-up rate was 2.56% and less than 20%,and the research samples included in the study met the research requirements.(2)Comparison of the improvement of physical symptoms in the three groups.(1)Before the intervention, the primary and secondary symptom scores of FD were not statistically significant(P>0.05)and were comparable. After 6 days of intervention and 2 weeks of intervention, the total scores of somatic symptoms in the electrical stimulation group and the combined group were statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).And the effect of the intervention is maintained for a certain period of time. After multiple comparisons of LSD,the P values of the combined group were 0.000 and 0.011 compared with the control group and the electrical stimulation group, and the P values were less than 0.05,and the intervention effect of the combined group was better than that of the electrical stimulation group and the control group.(2)The differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05)and comparable when comparing the IBS-SSS scores and TCM clinical symptom scores of IBS-D patients before the intervention. After 6 days and 2 weeks of intervention, the total scores of each somatic symptom in the electrical stimulation group and the combined group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(1)The IBS-SSS scores in the combined group were 0.022 and 0.046 compared with the control and electrical stimulation groups, respectively, with P values less than 0.05.(2)The total TCM symptoms scores in the combined group were 0.007 and 0.015 compared with the control and electrical stimulation groups, respectively, with P values less than0.05.This indicates that the combined intervention of auricular acupressure combined with electrical stimulation of gastrointestinal acupoints was effective in improving IBS-D patients with significant differences in terms of somatic symptoms, and the clinical effect was better than that of conventional care alone or gastrointestinal electrical stimulation alone.(3)The improvement of the quality of life of the three groups of patients was compared, and there was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life score before the intervention(P>0.05),which was comparable. After 6days and 2 weeks of intervention, the total score of quality of life in the electrical stimulation group and combined group was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05).After multiple LSD comparisons, the improvement effect of the combination group on the quality of life of patients was better than that of the electrical stimulation group and the control group. The results of repeated measures analysis of variance showed that the intervention main effect, time main effect and the interaction effect of the three groups of patients’ quality of life total score were statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of anxiety and depression among the three groups of patients, there was no statistically significant difference in the anxiety and depression of the three groups before the intervention(P>0.05);after 6 days of intervention and after 2 weeks of intervention, the total scores of the quality of life in the electrical stimulation group and the combined group Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of repeated measures analysis of variance showed that the main effect of anxiety and depression total score intervention, the main effect of time and the interaction effect of the two were statistically significant among the three groups(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference between the combination group and the electrical stimulation group(P>0.05).Studies have shown that the clinical effect of auricular point sticking on improving anxiety and depression in patients is not outstanding.Conclusion(s):1 Routine treatment and nursing, electrical stimulation of gastrointestinal acupoints and auricular point sticking combined with electrical stimulation of gastrointest I-nal acupoints can effectively improve the physical symptoms and quality of life of patients with FGIDs.However, gastrointestinal electrical stimulation therapy and combined intervention therapy are more effective than conventional therapy and nursing alone.2 After LSD multiple analysis, the treatment effect of the gastrointestinal electrical stimulation group was better than that of the control group. After the combined intervention of auricular point sticking and gastrointestinal acupoint electrical stimulation therapy, the combination group improved the physical symptoms of FGIDs patients and improved their lives. The curative effect of quality,redu-cing anxiety and depression level was the most significant among the three groups, and the follow-up intervention effect did not decrease significantly after two weeks of discharge, which has a certain post-treatment effect.Gastrointestinal acupoint electrical stimulation has a significant effect on improving anxiety and depression in FGIDs patients, while auricular acupoint sticking has no significant effect on this aspect.3 The joint intervention program of auricular point sticking combined with electrical stimulation of gastrointestinal acupoints is scientific and safe, can effectively shorten the length of hospital stay, reduce treatment costs, and is suitable for clinical application.
