| Objectives:To explore the efficacy of electrical ultrasound on endometrial receptivity of patients with thin endometrium. Methods:The clinical records of 41 patients with thin endometrium who were treated in gynecological outpatient of Kunming Angel Women&Children’Hospital from June 2020 to December 2020.All of patients treated with electrical ultrasound from 5-7thof menstrual cycle until the day before ovulated day. After three treatment cycles, compared the endometrial thickness, endometrial volume, endometrial blood flow, vascularization index, flow index, vascularization flow index, pulse index, resistance index, systolic peak velocity/end-diastolic velocity, peak systolic flow velocity with before. Results:After treatment, the endometrial thickness, endometrial blood flow, vascularization index, flow index, vascularization flow index were improved than before, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment, pulse index and resistance index were decreased, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment, endometrial volume was improved than before, with no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment, systolic peak velocity/end-diastolic velocity and peak systolic flow velocity were decreased slightly, with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Electrical ultrasound treatment could improve endometrial receptivity of thin endometrium patients by increasing endometrial thickness and endometrial blood flow infuse, decreasing uterine atery blood flow impedance, which is a effictive, economical, new therapy method. |
