| ObjectiveTo study the clinical nursing effect of mild moxibustion on improving the symptoms of abdominal pain, including the degree of abdominal pain, the frequency of abdominal pain, the duration of abdominal pain, the degree of aversion to cold and the conversion rate of rotavirus.Methods72 children with abdominal pain with internal obstruction of rotavirus enteritis were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases each. The experimental group mild moxibustion Shenque once a day,the control group bellybutton as the center of the warm baby patch once a day, continuous intervention for 3 days.FLACC pain score and TCM clinical symptom score were evaluated before and after intervention respectively. The negative conversion rate of stool rotavirus and the total curative effect were calculated after intervention, and the nursing intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results1.There was no statistical difference between baseline data comparison and observation index comparison between the two groups before intervention(P > 0.05),indicating comparability.2.FLACC score: Intra-group comparison showed that FLACC score in both groups was lower after intervention than before intervention, with statistical significance(P <0.05).After intervention,FLACC score of experimental group was lower than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.TCM symptom score: Intra-group comparison showed that the degree of abdominal pain, duration of abdominal pain, frequency of abdominal pain, degree of aversion to cold, total score of main symptoms, total score of secondary symptoms and total score of symptoms in the two groups were lower after intervention than before intervention, with statistical differences(P < 0.05).After the intervention, the degree of abdominal pain, duration of abdominal pain, frequency of abdominal pain, degree of aversion to cold, total score of main disease, total score of secondary disease and total score of symptoms in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical differences(P < 0.05).4.Rotavirus negative conversion rate: The negative conversion rate of rotavirus in experimental group was higher than that in control group after intervention, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).5.Overall efficacy: The total effective rate, cure rate and significant efficiency of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion1.The use of mild moxibustion or warm baby patch to intervene in children with abdominal pain with internal obstruction of rotavirus enteritis cold pathogen can reduce FLACC score, improve the degree of abdominal pain, reduce the frequency of abdominal pain, shorten the duration of abdominal pain, improve the degree of aversion to cold, and alleviate other secondary clinical symptoms related to abdominal pain.2.Mild moxibustion is significantly better than warm baby patch in reducing FLACC score, improving degree, frequency, duration, cold aversion and other secondary clinical symptoms of abdominal pain in children with internal resistance of rotavirus enteritis and cold pathogen, improving the negative conversion rate of faecal rotavirus, and improving the cure rate and significant efficiency, which is worthy of further research and application. |
