The Clinical Study Of Liqi Zhitong Pulvis In The Treatment Of Functional Abdominal Pain In Children With Cold Evil Stasis

Objective:In this study,the children with functional abdominal pain and were diagnosed with cold syndrome were treated with Liqi Zhitong Pulvis,and it was expected to comprehensively observe and explore the curative effect from both theoretical and clinical aspects.And then the efficacy and safty can be assessed in this process.Methods:Collect 60 cases of children with Functional Abdominal Pain and were diagnosed with cold evil stasis,then divided them into 2 groups at random.Treatment group 30 cases treated with Liqi Zhitong Pulvis combined with Liangfu Pill,control group only 30 cases of oral Liangfu Pill,medication for 2 weeks,after 1 months of follow-up.Record the related symptoms of children after treatment and follow-up,including sings,tongue and pulse changes,and then evaluate its clinical efficacy.Results:Concluding the changes of the 2 treatment programs in the improvement of symptoms and total efficiency,we get such results:The treatment group after treatment,the total effective rate was 96.67%,but the control group was 90.00%,P<0.05.Follow-up,the total effective rate of 93.33% in the treatment group,the control group received the total effective rate of 83.33%,P<0.05,statistically significant.Conclusion:Liqi Zhitong pulvis in the treatment of children with functional abdominal pain has ideal efficacy of warm cold and rlieve pain,the clinical effect is obvious,and safe and reliable.
