Zhang Xichun’s Academic Thought And Medication Characteristics Of Treating Miscellaneous Diseases From Live

Objective Research was conducted around the book “Yi Xue Zhong Zhong Can Xi Lu”from Zhang Xichun,we need to collect and sort out the relevant theories of treating miscellaneous diseases from liver in the square book and explore Zhang Xichun’s academic thoughts on treating miscellaneous diseases from liver syndrome,so as to summarize his medication rules and characteristics,guide clinical application and improve clinical efficacy.Methods This study adopts the literature research method and the inductive summary method,combined with the expert consultation method to summarize and sorte out the main articles,clinical medical plans and prescriptions of treating miscellaneous diseases from liver in the book “Yi Xue Zhong Zhong Can Xi Lu”,summarized Zhang Xichun’s academic thoughts and medication characteristics of treating miscellaneous diseases from liver,and selected 4advantageous diseases to support it.Results1.Academic thought: Zhang Xichun is good at treating miscellaneous diseases from the liver and pays attention to regulating liver qi,especially treating hememesis,stomach qi depression,cerebral congestion,and hypochondriac syndrome with distinctive features that reflects the significant in the treatment of complex diseases from the liver.2.Characteristics of syndrome type and treatment: Zhang Xichun treats miscellaneous diseases from the liver,he treats miscellaneous diseases from the eight methods of nourishing the liver,clearing the liver,collecting the liver,soothing the liver,softening the liver,calming the liver,dispersing the liver and regulating the liver.The classic prescription of treating miscellaneous diseases from liver was created and demonstrated by combining with clinical medical cases.3.Medication characteristics:(1)Good use of raw drugs,retention of medicinal properties,regulate liver qi.(2)Pay attention to the coordination of liver qi ascending and descending,at the same time,we should pay attention to regulating the rising of liver qi while lowering qi to avoid the bitter cold straight break.(3)Make good use of medicine,complement each other in efficacy,and adjust the rise and fall of the qi.(4)Reuse a single product with heavy agents to cause chronic disease.(5)zhong zhong can xi,help each other for reason.4.Characteristic drugs: Zhang Xichun is good at recognizing medicinal properties,the medication has its own characteristics.Such as making good use of astragalus to greatly replenish liver qi,making good use of Yin Chen to clear liver heat,using Shan Yurou to convergence of liver qi to prevent external detachment of liver qi,using of raw malt to dispersing and rectifying the depressed liver-energy,using of peony to nourishes and softens the liver,using of ochre and haliotis to suppress hyperactive liver and subside yang,using the bupleurum,Yin Chen,frankincense and myrrh to disperse liver and promot blood circulation,and using raw yam to strengthen the spleen and benefit the kidney and regulate the liver.These drugs all reflect that Zhang Xichun pays attention to the rise and fall of qi and the rise of liver qi in the flat descent.Conclusion1.Zhang Xichun inherited the academic thought of "The Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor" and "Typhoid Miscellaneous Diseases" and other medical works.In the clinical,He paid attention to the effect of liver qi drainage on the internal organs,and emphasized to treat many miscellaneous diseases from the liver in the clinical treatment.He paid attention to the gasification of the liver,in order to regulate and relieve liver qi,on this basis,eight methods of treating liver were developed,Regulating the liver by supplementing the liver and adjusting the rise and fall of qi.2.Zhang Xichun is good at using raw drugs and couplet medicines,and is also good at using large doses of single products to cure the deep-rooted disease,so that the liver qi machine can be lifted and coordinated.He paid attention to the coordination of liver qi ascending and descending,and good curative effect was obtained in the treatment of miscellaneous diseases.
