Research On Professor Li Zhong's Thoughts On Diagnosis And Treatment Of Colorectal Cancer And The Rules Of Medicatio

Objective and significance:Through multi-angle and multi-level data mining,to explore the clinical experience of Professor Li Zhong in the treatment of colorectal cancer,to analyze his medication rules and treatment principles,to inherit and spread the expert experience,to provide new ideas for the treatment of colorectal cancer.Research methods:The prescriptions of colorectal cancer patients treated and treated by Professor Li Zhong in the International Department of Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from 2018.12.1.to 2021.12.31.were collected,and the TCM prescription data were obtained by screening according to the nanpate standard.The drug names recorded in the 2020 edition of the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China and Materia Medica of China were used as standards to standardize the names of the imported traditional Chinese medicines.By means of software Excel 2010,SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 25.0,the frequency statistics of Professor Li Zhong’s prescription Chinese medicine flavor,drug use frequency,sex flavor,bias and warp normalization were carried out.The association rules among 161 TCM were analyzed and the visualization of complex network was completed.Systematic cluster analysis of 34 high frequency drugs was carried out,and the clustering formula was summarized.Combined with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the results were analyzed and discussed,and the core prescriptions,medication rules,compatibility characteristics and treatment differentiation ideas of Professor Li Zhong for the treatment of colorectal cancer were systematically summarized,and new prescriptions were explored.Research results:1 Statistics on the frequency of single drug:Among the 70 prescriptions that met the standards,161 TCM were involved,and the total frequency of total drug use was 2711 times,34 of which were used more than 30 times.The top 6 drug use frequency were raw Astragalus membranaceus,prepared Astragalus membranaceus,codonopsis codonopsis,Wumei,licorice and turtle shell.The drug use frequency was 70 times.2 Analysis of the normalization of sexual flavor:In the statistics of the four qi of traditional Chinese medicine,warm drugs were the most,about 39.03%,followed by cold drugs and peaceful drugs,accounting for 28.26%and 27.96%respectively.In the drugs were used 706 times,followed by bitter drugs.The use of sour drugs was the least,185 times;The first three drugs are liver meridian,lung meridian into the spleen.Liver channel accounted for 19.93%,followed by lung channel accounted for 19.42%,spleen channel accounted for 14.39%;The frequency of non-toxic,minor toxic and toxic drugs in drug bias was 96.42%,2.80%and 0.77%,respectively.3 Association rule analysis:The association rule analysis for Apriori was carried out for 161 Chinese herbs in 70 TCM prescriptions.The highest support and confidence of the core drug combinations were Tribulus tribulus-albion bark,Radix sanguinae-PoriaCassia twig,and Radix paeoniae-albion bark-Tribulus radix,respectively.4 Systematic cluster analysis:After cluster analysis,the prescription core drug groups were classified into three categories,and finally three core prescriptions were formed.The first class of drugs included:vinegar tortoise,cassia,calamus,Radix polygonatum,vinegar schisandra,angelica sinensis,ophiopogon ophiopogon,atractyloides,tangerine peel,cohosh,oyster,Cornus officinalis,vinegar chicken rhizome,keel;The second class of drugs include:cassia branch,poria,fried bitter almond,golden buckwheat,big blood rattan,fairy crane grass,fried silkworm,soil poria,vinegar curcuma,Thunbergeria,purple mushroom;The third class of drugs included:cooked ground,licorice,raw astragalus,processed Astragalus,codonopsis,honeylonicera and pangolin.Research conclusion:By combining the data mining results with the clinical professional theories and the interview results of Professor Li Zhong the differentiation and treatment thought of Professor Li Zhong that first emphasizes "invigorating the spleen and warming the kidney"was summarized.Professor Li Zhong believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of colorectal cancer are mainly considered from the five aspects of "deficiency","toxicity","phlegm","blood stasis" and "dampness".Most of them occur on the basis of positive qi weakness due to emotional disorder and internal injury of diet.The deficiency of qi and blood of spleen and stomach is the precursor of the disease,and the evil gathers in the place of positive deficiency.Pathological spleen and stomach weakness,dampness-heat stasis toxin mutual junction,large intestine complex block,long and disease product into.Treatment emphasis on Gubenpeiyuan heavy,spleen and kidney homology,cold and temperature sharing,and strive to level for a period.In terms of prescription medicine,we should keep the pathogenesis,"strengthening the spleen and warming the kidney" as the method,especially to strengthen the spleen,and choose codonopsis,atractyloides,Astragalus,Ligustrum fructus,psoralen,etc.;Emphasize the use of general,especially in the early stage of the disease and complicated with intestinal obstruction,can be added to the line of qi Tongfu products:rhubarb,magnolia officinalis,trifoliate aurantii;For patients with spleen deficiency and diarrhea,Shengqing should replace the conventional method of astringent by reducing turbidity,and add more cohosh,bupleurum and pueraria.A large number of studies have confirmed that the effective ingredients of traditional Chinese medicines with multiple targets and multiple approaches against colorectal cancer and its metastasis,such as rhizoma mellosa,Curcuma zedoary,Hedyotis officinalis,etc.,showing the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of colorectal cancer.
