Beijing Mantao World Culture Company will invest International American school in China.For the past years,she got many experiences of International students projects,International Education Travels for students,and International teachers training programme.She got many customers who want to go to American school and many who needs the International education in China.With these experiences and customers,She decides to invest the American International School in China.This article takes Beijing Mantao Tianxia Cultural Development Co.,Ltd.as a case study object.It first describes the background,significance,research methods,main research content,and research path of international education development.Second,it combs the relevant theories and literature of company strategy。It has laid a theoretical foundation for the development of strategic research.Third,the PEST and Porter five models are used to conduct in-depth research on the external environment and internal environment facing the development of the company.Based on the detailed analysis of the company’s macro and micro environment,the SWOT analysis method is used to compare the specific contents of the four strategic types and formulate a comprehensive strategy for enterprise development,a general competition strategy and the focus of the development strategy.Under the guidance of key strategies,specific strategy implementation countermeasures were formulated:1.Optimize organizational structure and integrate resources;2.Implement reward mechanism for employees to improve cohesion;3,Improve human resources management level and establish strategic planning;4.Build core business and improve competitiveness;5.Form a unique corporate culture;6.Pay attention to China’s laws and new international education policies.Beijing Mantao World Culture Company is committed to People to People friendly exchanges between China and the United States.In the United States,Mantao World is based in Muscatine,Iowa,and is committed to spreading Chinese culture,telling Chinese stories,and letting more Americans to understand China,and starting in 2016,and in cooperation with the Ministry of the cultural,the "Happy Chinese New Year" concert is held every year and has achieved a very good reputation;in China,Mantao World opened the "Muscatine Cultural Center" to introduce the characteristic culture of the Midwest of the United States to China.It has invited students,residents,entrepreneurs and government delegations to visit China many times,and has won a lot of praise and support in the process of Sino-US nongovernmental exchanges.
