In recent years,the Chinese government has implemented and promulgated various policies to encourage Chinese film and television companies to establish themselves in the international market in order to encourage the cultural industry going out.Under such a fierce international competition environment,what kind of development difficulties China's film and television industry faces,how to improve its international influence and competitiveness,this is a problem that every Chinese film and television enterprise has to thinking.In the end,this paper selects Huayi Brothers as the research object.Through the analysis of Huayi Brothers' international business strategy,it will provide effective suggestions and experience for the Chinese film industry to enter the overseas market and respond to the fierce competition in the international market.With the rapid development of the global economy,the market that enterprises are facing is also expanding constantly.Chinese enterprises begin to expand the broader international market in order to face the increasingly fierce competition in the domestic market.However,Chinese enterprises will encounter many strategic problems in the process of internationalization.We should fully understand the investment environment,strategic mode and marketing strategy of the target market,and combine with our own.Based on the overall situation,we should adopt the most suitable overseas market management strategy and learn from the experience and lessons so as to base ourselves on the international market.This paper combines theory with case study.Firstly,it summarizes and comments on the theory of enterprise's internationalization management strategy.Secondly,it analyses the motivation and strategic environment of Huayi Brothers' internationalization management strategy.Secondly,it analyses the achievements and problems of Huayi Brothers' internationalization management strategy framework and internationalization management.Finally,it points out one of the problems existing in the strategy Suggestions for optimization.
