As one of the members of China’s 56 ethnic families, the Chinese-Korean has rich and colorful music and art forms.Among them, there are many kinds of Chinese-Korean musical instruments, and each musical instrument has its own unique way of playing. As one of the traditional musical instruments of the Chinese-Korean,the Zedai occupies an important position in the field of Chinese-Korean music and is an indispensable element in Chinese-Korean music. However, even in Yanbian Chinese-Korean Autonomous Prefecture, the largest Chinese-Korean inhabited area in China, the popularity of Chinese-Korean is still not high, and people’s understanding of Chinese-Korean ethnic group is also low. Therefore, from the perspective of protecting and inheriting the intangible cultural heritage of all ethnic groups,it is very necessary to perspective the "minority" intangible cultural heritage projects with relatively low awareness of the general public from the oral history of the inheritors.Through the study of the oral history of Mr.Li Jinhao, the inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage project " Chinese-Korean Zedai" in Jilin Province, this paper carefully shows the learning process of Li Jinhao, the provincial inheritor of Chinese-Korean Zedai, the application experience of Chinese-Korean Zedai and the contemporary inheritance and development of Chinese-Korean Zedai. On this basis,it summarizes various problems faced by the Chinese-Korean Zedai at the inheritance level, such as lack of reserve forces, inflexible inheritance methods, poor integration of musical instruments, few works, low public awareness and insufficient social attention. It also puts forward some improvement suggestions, such as strengthening the construction of reserve forces and compiling special systematic teaching materials at the level of Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance, strengthening the integration of musical instruments and enriching the new works of performance at the level of musical instruments themselves, and continuing to promote the extensive contact between Chinese-Korean people and the public at the level of the public, and adhering to Chinese-Korean music.
