In recent years,the added value of cultural and creative industries has also been increasing,gradually becoming a new driving force and new trend to promote economic development.As an important factor to promote the development of the industry,human resources play a decisive role in the development of cultural and creative industries.For cultural and creative enterprises,how to carry out scientific and effective human resource management,further attract and retain talents,has become an urgent long-term issue to be solved.Xiamen H Enterprise is a cultural and creative enterprise dedicated to the aesthetic education and inheritance of Guqin.In the early stage of development,it currently faces many dilemmas in human resource management,which need to be solved urgently to serve its long-term development.This paper takes Xiamen H enterprise as the research object,using field study and unstructured interview methods,based on the human resources characteristics in cultural creative industry and the theory of competency model,by combing H enterprise organizational structure and human resource structure,analyzed the human resources management present situation of Xiamen H enterprise,the specific dilemmas are as follows: H enterprise has frequent employee turnover and low recruitment success rate;the management power is concentrated in the management level,and the post authority is confused;enterprise training is not perfect,for students with a difficulty to solve problems;the performance goal is not clear,and the appraisal system is single,also with a low effective performance management;due to the uniform salary,outdated incentive concept,employees have no passion for work,etc.According to the human resources management problems of H enterprise,based on the competency model,from the personnel selection,training and development,performance management,compensation management four aspects,this paper put forward some specific measures,mainly includes: improving the organizational structure and post design,and advancing the human resource planning to improve recruitment process and expand recruitment channels according to the needs of different types of talents;improving the enterprise staff training process and the effectiveness of training from training needs,training design,and training feedback;according to the competency level of employees,optimizing the performance appraisal and performance management from the design of performance appraisal indicators;optimizing the salary structure and flexible welfare system to motivate employees.Finally,this paper also proposed pieces of suggestions on the human resource management in cultural and creative enterprises,including strengthening the recognition of human resource management of the management of cultural and creative enterprises,improving the human resource management system in line with cultural and creative enterprises,consolidating the organizational guarantee of cultural and creative enterprises through establishing effective communication,and strengthening the awareness of cultural and creative enterprises.It is hoped that it will be of certain reference significance to human resource management of cultural and creative enterprises.
