In recent years, with the further expansion of the Internet adolescent users in China, their online deviant behaviors in the Internet environment have been paid more and more attention by researchers. As a certain kind of deviant behavior in the online environment, its specific manifestations include:Internet aggression behavior,Internet pornography and Internet deceitful behavior.Online deviant behavior will not only affect adolescent’s online experience, but also be correlated with other risk factors because the Internet environment has the characteristics of concealment and anonymity. So,the mechanism research is particularly important.Family systems theory argues that the effects of parental conflict can spread to other subsystem and affect adolescents. The disturbed emotions that arise when adolescents perceive parental conflict may further interact with their misperceptions, resulting in social anxiety in adolescents. In order to relieve anxiety, adolescents may use non-adaptive behaviors in the anonymous online world, which is,online deviant behaviors to relieve their anxiety. And the characteristics of the anonymity of the online environment will make adolescents have the online disinhibition effect.Individuals with different levels of online disinhibition may have completely different behaviors in the Internet society.Based on the above, current study intends to explore the relationship between parental conflict and junior high school students’ online deviant behavior, proposes the mediating role of social anxiety, and examines the moderating role of benign and toxic online disinhibition in the mediation model. In this study,1208 junior high school students in Haikou City were tested by the Children’s Perception of Interparental Conflict Scale,Interaction Anxiousness Scale,Scale for Adolescent Internet Deviance and Online Disinhibition Scale, and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)There was a positive relationship between Parental conflict and online deviant behavior of junior high school students;(2)Social anxiety mediated the relationship between parental conflict and online deviant behavior of junior high school students;(3)Benign online disinhibition moderated the direct path between parental conflict and junior high school students’ online deviant behavior.(4)Toxic online disinhibition moderated the direct path and the second half of the mediating path of parental conflict affecting junior high school students’ online deviant behavior through social anxiety.Based on the conclusions in current study, feasible educational suggestions for junior high school students’ online deviant behavior are given.
