Research On The Management Crisis Of Modern Private Enterprises Based On Entrepreneurial Bricolage Theory

In modern times,many excellent enterprises have emerged in China,which are generally facing the dilemma of lack of resources.In order to alleviate this dilemma and break through the resource bottleneck,many enterprises have implemented entrepreneurial bricolage in order to enable enterprises to break through the dilemma and grow.However,with the progress of bricolage and the change of environment,many enterprises have had management crisis,and even some large-scale enterprises have not successfully survived the crisis.How does entrepreneurial bricolage lead to management crisis,what role does bricolage play in the development of management crisis,and whether entrepreneurial bricolage can let enterprises out of the crisis is the problem of this paper.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the process of enterprise management crisis from the perspective of entrepreneurial bricolage,explore how the management crisis occurs and the role of entrepreneurial bricolage in the process of crisis development,and summarize the influencing factors.This paper will take seven modern enterprise systems of Dasheng,Rongjia,Nanyang,Meiya,Yong’an,Hengfeng and "Tongfufeng" as the research object,and mainly answer the following three questions: the first is why modern private enterprises have management crisis.The second is what factors affect the emergence,development and end of the crisis of modern private enterprises.The third is how to construct the process model of modern private enterprise management crisis.In view of the research problems,we first use historical materials to summarize the degree of lack of resources in modern private enterprises.Secondly,taking the grounded theory as the framework and seven enterprise systems as cases,on the basis of data collection and sorting,combined with the entrepreneurial bricolage theory,this paper carries out three-stage coding of openness,spindle and selectivity,and summarizes the factors affecting the emergence,development and end of the management crisis of modern private enterprises.Finally,according to the analysis results,the theoretical model of enterprise management crisis is established,and the following conclusions are drawn:First,in the face of lack of resources,the bricolage behavior of enterprises takes the relationship network bricolage as the medium to obtain other resources for further bricolage,which is promoted by capital bricolage and technology bricolage.Second,when facing the management crisis,enterprises still take the relationship network as the medium,but take the market bricolage and capital bricolage as the guidance.Third,the factors affecting the emergence,development and end of the management crisis of modern private enterprises include external environment,internal environment,bricolage field(relationship network,capital,technology,human,material and market),bricolage frequency and scope(parallel bricolage and selective bricolage).Through the investigation of these enterprise cases,this paper believes that when private enterprises are in different business environments,they will adopt different bricolage strategies,and we should pay full attention to the impact of the bricolage field,frequency and scope on the crisis.
