Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Jinan Sports Dance Training Institution Under The Double Reduction Policy

In 2021,the General Offices of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the homework burden and Off-campus Training burden for Students in Compulsory Education,marking the official implementation of the "double reduction" policy.This paper takes the policy of Jinan sports dance training institutions development status and countermeasures as the research object,analyzes the development status of the policy under Jinan sports dance training institutions,summarizes the problems of Jinan sports dance training institutions,and proposes the development countermeasures for the development of Jinan sports dance training institutions.Using literature method to related literature collection,lay the theoretical foundation for research,design questionnaire,questionnaire survey of Jinan sports dance training institutions teachers and students,design interview outline of Jinan sports dance training institutions managers and some teachers interview,comprehensive survey data,using IPA analysis,mathematical statistics and logic analysis,summarizes the double reduction policy of Jinan sports dance training institutions development status and the existing problems.Conclusion:(1)Under the support of policies,the policy under the background of the double reduction policy,as well as the improvement of mass consumption ability and the change of educational concept have all built a good market development environment for the development of sports dance training institutions in Jinan.(2)Jinan sports dance training institutions is given priority to with small and medium-sized,personal investment as the main business model,single investment channels,investment amount is relatively low,although currently has certain profitability,but to cope with the requirements of the double reduction policy non class training specification development,there is certain pressure,under the influence of double reduction policy in Jinan sports dance training institutions should start from the business model,targeted reform.(3)The charging standard of Jinan sports dance training market needs to be standardized and unified.In order to firmly grasp the market opportunities brought by the double reduction policy,so that sports dance training institutions can achieve stable development,sports dance training institutions need to make further reasonable planning of the charging standard based on the market demand.(4)Managers have a good educational foundation and rich working experience,but there is a lack of professional management talents,and a weak understanding of the double reduction policy,which is the focus of the development of Jinan sports dance training institutions.(5)Sports dance training institutions recruitment propaganda is backward,innovative,in terms of personnel management,salary of rewards and punishment system,on-the-job training system and evaluation mechanism remains to be improved,and in facilities of Jinan sports dance training institutions are relatively perfect,in line with the operation norms of sports dance training institutions,however,the lack of characteristic services and professional site services,which is not conducive to the enhancement of the competitiveness of sports dance training institutions under the double reduction policy.(7)Sports dance training institutions have rich teaching courses,covering all kinds of sports dance,which can meet the learning needs of different students.But in the specific teaching objectives,teaching content and the arrangement of teaching practice,utilitarian and the purpose of profit is significant,did not play a role of comprehensive quality training,inconsistent with the double reduction policy policy guidance,and sports dance training market training materials selection did not form a unified specification,make the sports dance training institutions professional and scientific was questioned.(8)Jinan sports dance training institution has a professional and young teacher team,which has laid the foundation for the development of sports dance training of teachers,but there are many part-time jobs,the stability of the teachers is poor,and it is difficult to form the teaching characteristics.In addition,teachers’ personal awareness of the double reduction policy is relatively low,and the exam-oriented education concept is prominent in the teaching concept,which makes it difficult for the teaching innovation and reform of sports dance training institutions under the double reduction policy.(9)Students’ participation motivation is still given priority to with exam,and affected by double reduction policy,but education anxiety and entrance pressure more prominent,based on this problem,as the education supplement sports dance training institutions,to double reduction policy connotation on the basis of deep excavation,actively training innovation reform,guide students set establish the correct participation consciousness,realize the promotion of personal comprehensive quality.
