international two big picture,adhere to Xi Jinping thoughts of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a New era,adhere to the implementation of the guiding ideology of ecological civilization,and committed our country to complete the "double carbon" goal by 2060.In the 2022 government report,it was pointed out that China’s ecological environment quality continued to improve,energy consumption per unit of GDP decreased by 8.1%,and domestic carbon dioxide emissions decreased by 14.1%,indicating that China’s carbon emission reduction at the current stage has achieved some results,and also highlighting the necessity of developing a low-carbon economy.With the rapid development of the domestic economy,the material level has been improved to a certain extent,and people’s demand for leisure consumption is gradually increasing,which also stimulates the development of the domestic tourism industry.The tourism industry is a multi-related industry,involving many sectors of primary,secondary and tertiary industries.It also represents that the tourism industry will generate energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions just like other industries.With the diversified development of the tourism industry,the scale of the tourism industry is also gradually expanded.The increase of the number of tourists will drive the increase of energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions in all links of tourism.As an important part of the tertiary industry in our country,the tourism industry is closely related to our country’s overall development.At the present stage,how the tourism industry can reduce energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions under the guidance of low carbon economy,persist in the green and low carbon development concept,and improve the utilization rate of resources is the urgent problem in our tourism industry.Under the background of global climate change and "China’s Double-Carbon Policy",this paper discusses the two-way influence of tourism and climate,as well as the significance of studying the low-carbon development of tourism industry.After comparing and discussing the research status at home and abroad,the general situation and key points of domestic and foreign research are summarized,and the low-carbon tourism demonstration areas at home and abroad are analyzed under the guidance of the concept of low-carbon economy.Based on the theory of sustainable development,the theory of low-carbon economic development and the theory of ecological civilization,this paper adopts the method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,takes the tourism industry in the three provinces of Northeast China as the research object,calculates the carbon dioxide emissions of the tourism industry in the three provinces of Northeast China,and analyzes the factors affecting the carbon emissions of the tourism industry in the three provinces of Northeast China.Based on the results of calculation and analysis of influencing factors,the paper puts forward feasible suggestions and countermeasures for the construction of low-carbon development mode of tourism industry in the three provinces of Northeast China.First,the development status and characteristics of the tourism industry in the three provinces of Northeast China were analyzed,and the tourism industry was defined as three links: tourism transportation,tourism accommodation and tourism activities.A mathematical model of carbon dioxide emissions was built to calculate the carbon dioxide emissions of the tourism industry in the three northeastern provinces.The calculation results show that the carbon dioxide emissions of tourism transportation in the three provinces of Northeast China are the decisive factor for the carbon dioxide emissions of tourism industries in the three provinces of Northeast China,accounting for 81.98% of the total carbon dioxide emissions of tourism industries in the three provinces of Northeast China on average,followed by tourism accommodation and tourism activities,accounting for 10.47% and 7.55% respectively.In particular,since2016,carbon dioxide emissions from tourism activities in the three provinces of Northeast China exceeded those from tourism accommodation for the first time.This is due to the rapid development of tourism and diversified development of tourism activities,leading to a rapid increase in carbon dioxide emissions from tourism activities.Then,according to the comparative analysis of the changes of carbon dioxide emissions from the tourism industry and the economic changes of the tourism industry in the three provinces of Northeast China,it can be seen that the economic income of the tourism industry in the three provinces of Northeast China is correlated with the changes in the carbon dioxide volume of the tourism industry in the three provinces of Northeast China.Secondly,by using IPAT model based on environmental impact and introducing human impact factors,STIRPAT model is constructed.Combined with the actual situation of the three provinces of Northeast China and the development status of the tourism industry in the three provinces of Northeast China,the total carbon dioxide emission of the tourism industry in the three provinces of Northeast China is set as the dependent variable.The total number of tourists,per capita income of tourism industry,carbon dioxide emission intensity of tourism industry in the three provinces of Northeast China,urbanization level of the three provinces of Northeast China and carbon emission proportion of tourism industry in the three provinces of Northeast China were taken as independent variables.Collinearity was avoided and ridge regression analysis was introduced to analyze the influence degree of each variable factor on carbon dioxide emission of tourism industry in the three provinces of Northeast China.The results show that the urbanization level of the three provinces of Northeast China and the carbon emission ratio of the tourism industry in the three provinces of Northeast China are the main factors affecting the carbon dioxide emission of the three provinces of Northeast China.The total number of tourists,the per capita income of the tourism industry and the carbon dioxide emission intensity of the tourism industry in the three provinces of Northeast China will also affect the total carbon dioxide emission of the three provinces of Northeast China.Finally,based on the above calculation and analysis results,combined with the actual development status and resource base of the three provinces in Northeast China,it is clear that the construction of low-carbon development mode of the tourism industry in the three provinces of Northeast China needs to clarify the development goals,and divide the responsibilities and obligations of the government,enterprises and the public.For the construction of low-carbon development mode of tourism industry in the three provinces of Northeast China,the government should build a strong sense of development,form a development mechanism and build a guarantee system to ensure the promotion of low-carbon development mode of tourism industry in the three provinces of Northeast China.Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from four aspects: scenic spots,hotels,tourism talents and tourists.In view of the natural resources and cultural resources endowment of the three provinces of Northeast China,this paper puts forward the low-carbon tourism product projects that the provinces should focus on,so as to ensure that the low-carbon development modes of the tourism industry in the three provinces of Northeast China have their own characteristics,and promote the coordinated development of the three provinces of Northeast China. |
