As a tool for people’s communication,language and writing carries the weight of cultural heritage and is also an important tool for governing the country.Promoting the popularization of the national language is China’s basic language policy,but also to meet the growing needs of the people’s better life is an inevitable requirement.Under the dual background of information technology development and the impact of the epidemic,online promotion has become a new form and a future development trend in the face of the real demand for high-quality promotion and popularization of the standard spoken and written Chinese language.As the proper vision for the high-quality development of education in the new era,the learning community can become an effective way to explore the online promotion mode of the national standard language.This paper attempts to use the theoretical perspective of learning communities as an entry point to explore the model of online promotion of the standard spoken and written Chinese language,and examine its effect in practical application,in order to form a model with radiation and influence,replicable and generalizable,enrich the construction of teaching resources and teacher team training of the national standard language,provide empirical ideas for effectively solving the practical problem of unbalanced and insufficient promotion of the national standard language,and promote the high-quality promotion and popularization of the standard spoken and written Chinese language.At the same time,it provides reference and inspiration for the promotion of language in a broader sense and the development of national language and writing.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the background,significance,research ideas and methods of this paper,and composes the relevant literature.The research results are summarized from three perspectives:research on learning communities,research on the promotion of the national linguistic language,and research on language teaching and learning from the perspective of learning communities,which provide references for this paper.The second part analyzes the current situation of online promotion of the standard spoken and written Chinese language,firstly,it compares the development history of online promotion of the standard spoken and written Chinese language,divides it into three stages and summarizes the achievements and characteristics of each stage,and then conducts a research on the current situation and needs of students in the promotion of the standard spoken and written Chinese language to understand more deeply the opportunities and challenges faced by online promotion of the standard spoken and written Chinese language.The third part is to construct the online promotion model of the national standard language,and on the basis of the interpretation and analysis of the learning subject,common vision,learning situation,learning resources and other components,build an online promotion model of the national standard language composed of a teacher learning community driven by reflection and evaluation,a student learning community driven by activity dialogue,and a teacher-student learning community driven by virtual community,and explore the application of the model,using the curriculum as the platform.Relying on the online demonstration training project for teachers to improve the ability of teachers in the national standard language ability to help counties in key counties for rural revitalization,subjective and objective data were obtained through questionnaire surveys and interviews,and the application effect of the model was comprehensively reviewed.The fourth part puts forward the improvement path of the online promotion mode of the national standard language.It also places this study in the context of language promotion in a broader sense and proposes implications for international Chinese language education,introducing the concept of community into the field of language promotion and education,and integrating it into the construction and development of international Chinese language education.This paper argues that establishing a learning community is an effective way to promote the standard spoken and written Chinese language online,and the online promotion mode of the standard spoken and written Chinese language proposed in this study based on the perspective of the learning community is feasible and effective.In the practice of learning community,an atmosphere of cooperation,communication and sharing has been formed among teachers,students and students,which condenses consensus and recognition,promotes the all-round development of community members,and can effectively promote the high-quality promotion and popularization of the standard spoken and written Chinese language.The next step should be to build a stable promotion team,strengthen platform construction and digital resource supply,cultivate the learning autonomy of participating teachers,build learning content according to local conditions,and build a scientific and systematic evaluation system.At the same time,this study can bring inspiration to a wider and deeper level of language promotion,introduce the concept of community into the field of language promotion and education,and integrate it into the construction and development of international Chinese education,specifically,optimize the interactive learning situation of online Chinese,improve the comprehensive literacy of international Chinese teachers,and build an open and inclusive international Chinese education community.
