Li Qingzhao’s Festival Poems And Song Dynasty Customs

Among Li’s far fewer than 100 extant poems,including those in doubt,there are ten poems and five poems that are directly or indirectly related to Song Dynasty festivals.The works cover the Start of Spring,People’s Day,Lantern Festival,Tanabata Festival,Shangsi Festival,Cold Food Festival,Dragon Boat Festival and Double Ninth Festival.Besides traditional festivals,urban customs in the urban economy of the Song Dynasty,such as the custom of hairpinning flowers,are also involved.This paper analyzes the festival customs of Song Dynasty in Li Qingzhao’s poems by dividing them into two literary styles.First of all,from the perspective of Li Qingzhao festival words,analysis of people’s Day,Lantern Festival,Tanabata,Shangsi,cold food,Dragon Boat Festival customs.It can be seen that the development of People’s Day in the Song Dynasty was gradually integrated by the Yuan Day and the Lantern Festival,and only the representative custom of wearing people win was retained.Since the Lantern Festival is advocated by the government,the festival ceremony is very important and there are many participants,including women.The reason why women participate in the Lantern Festival is not the improvement of social status,but the expansion of freedom during the festival.The author tries to restore the Song Dynasty female holiday travel when wearing,dress up,travel mode and play location,in order to show the Song Dynasty female ornamental lantern travel overall picture.Shangsi Festival,Cold Food Festival and Tomb-sweeping Day because the date is similar,similar customs,finally merged in Tomb-sweeping Day.Why did Li Qingzhao only call it cold food instead of Qingming?The reason is that the games of swing and grass fight in Cold Food Festival meet the entertainment needs of the society.At the same time,women can also go on spring trips during the cold Food,and the places to go on spring trips are different from those for Yuanxiao.The festival ceremonies of Tanabata Festival and Double Ninth Festival are both grand and focused.Tanabata Festival pays attention to the laying of the Qi Qiao instrument,and Double Ninth Festival pays attention to the fashion of appreciating chrysanthemum hairpins.Li Qingzhao’s festival poems are different from the festival poems,which are mainly written on the beginning of Spring and Dragon Boat Festival.This paper explores the origin of the creation of holiday poetry,including the influence of remarriage and departure,as well as the shadow of the duality of the style of holiday poetry itself.
