| This article analyzes the creation of contemporary oil painting from the perspective of "flat modeling" and brings new ideas to art creation of oil painting.Firstly,the graphic language is a comprehensively art language,which includes visual languages formed by different materials and materials used in different art categories such as painting,sculpture,and the art design.The ultimate goal is to express people’s thoughts,emotions,and ideas.Oil painting creation also expresses subjective feelings and presents a visual representation,which also needs to express thoughts,emotions,and ideas.In the diversified development of oil painting creation today,the way of thinking of flat modeling can be applied to oil painting creation to provide more expressive forms.Flat modeling language brings greater possibilities for the artistic expression of oil painting creation.In the practice of creation,understanding the beautiful rules,such as grasping proportions,positions,and details,can improve the expressive power of works,and on this basis,cultivate rich creation abilities and constantly explore the unique and beautiful feelings in the process of oil painting creation.This article aims at explore the aesthetic characteristics of graphic language in the contemporary context,analyze and sort out the specific expressions of flat modeling language in contemporary oil paintings,and analyze and explore how contemporary artists use flat modeling language to express the profound connotations of their works in three aspects:flat and space,color and form,and metaphor and symbol.Through analyzing and exploring the application of graphic language in the creation of contemporary oil painting,summarizing the rules through their own practice and trying new innovations on the basis of applying the rules,more forms of language can be attempted in oil painting creation to enrich the visual appearance and reflect the spirit of the times and express sincere emotions in the new era. |
